Dress decently to whose standard ?. I don't know why minding our business is very difficult in Nigeria. What is descent for a model may still be too exposing for some other religious group. Lets yar adua and jonathan did not construct any road, but i know i have been seeing NEMA and julius begger working on roads all over in Nigeria sinc 2007 till 2016. so who was responsible for such work.? also if they did not construct any road, at least they rehabilitated some roads, because I saw julius begger and other contractors working. on these roads.
