Please I need some clarification on this. Let’s say my full name is Ciroma Chukwuma Adekunle, where Ciroma is my surname, Chukwuma is my first name and Adekunle is my Middle name. And this name has appeared this way on all my certs. But on my degree, transcript, eligibility letter and letter of English Proficiency the name arrangement now changed to Chukwuma Adekunle Ciroma. What is the best decision to take in this scenario?
Should I submit the documents like that to the embassy for verification? Will it scale through the process?
or Should I swear and authenticate affidavits to cover the name arrangement on the listed documents?

Did the name arrangement change because that is how the school write it or the name belongs to two different people.
Some institutions arrange names like.
Surname, First Name Middle Name

While some other Institutions arrange the name as
First Name Middle Name Surname

If the mistake is not from you and it is just based on the arrangement due to the institution. You don't need to do any affidavit. The people doing the Verification will understand.

But if the mistake is from you or the certificate belongs to two different people then there will be problem.

The rate for June was 1610.

I am sure the rate for August will be higher.

The best way to apply for student visa is to get admission first.
To get admission you have to legalize and verify your documents from MOE, MoFA and Austria. Embassy.

Austria process is time consuming and straight forward. If you start now. You can definitely be in Austria before the end of 2025.

Yes they collect the Naira equivalent for the month of July they have fixed their rate 1Euro to 1600Naira

If you meet the criteria to get admission from the school.

Send an email to the admin in charge of your course in the school and ask them any questions you have. Also prepare to send your documents to Klagenfurt.

You can send a message to the lawyer to ask what exactly is delaying the verification. Some Nigerian Universities are difficult to handle, thus this sometimes delays the verification process. So, if you had struck a good rapport with the lawyer, I'm sure he would tell you what is delaying the process. He's a Nigerian just like you are, I don't think he's a bad person. I'm sure he will give you a hint as to the reason for the delay.

Please I am having issues submitting my application on the University of Vienna website (U:Space)
I have submitted all the legalized documents except for the ["b]Proof of decree on groups of persons"[/b] which I do not know what it means.
Whenever i check my dashboard, they keep telling me that It is inadequate.

Please has anyone applied to the University of Vienna and encountered such thing before? That is the only thing holding my application to be submitted. they gave me until November 8 to finalize the submission of my application.

Please urgent response is needed because I do not know what documents to submit there and I need help on what to do about it.

I think they need you to provide a document that covers your legal stay. This is the screen shot that I found on the decree of group of persons thing.

You may have accommodation problem in Klagenfurt if you don’t start looking for one earlier.

Business Engineering in Germany or Austria may not be sale able (for you), if you don’t speak considerable Deutsch but you can still be finding something cooler to do, especially in Germany.

Hi everyone! Please I’m in a fix and I don’t understand what’s going on. I applied for a fresh passport at Festac Immigration office and I also captured there since 16th of August 2021. I did it myself so I wasn’t given any collection date but was simply told to wait at least 6 weeks and I’d get a text when it’s ready. Well, it’s been over 3 months, no text, nothing. Every time I checked my application status it said vetted until last night when I checked and it said my application has been expired. No further explanation. Go the festac office meet with the SERVICOM desk. Explain what is happening and get their response.

No luck in Abeokuta at all I captured around 16th September and all I am told is that they still only working on July batch. And I am not aware if 64 pages is available.

I need the passport now and I am not receiving any update about Abeokuta capture center wether they have booklet or not. Why does it take that long at Abeokuta center.

On the capture slip, there is a date for receiving the passport. Is it advisable, I go to Abeokuta on that day to ask for my passport.
I captured on September 16. The date for on the slip said 28th September.

Well it can be guaranteed if Greasy palm is involved. But story of people lamenting about delays even after greasing palm is a lesson.
