• Remark: In my application, I made a blunder of wrongly applied for a wrong course [Ordinary diploma]
• Then I changed my school and course [Post graduate program]
• Re-applied in March 2020 [ Then covid19 lockdown activated and the waiting period started……]
• 14th August did upfront medical and passed 10th September
• 20th September got AIP
• Then, no update again [Webform enquires and emails activated]
• 10th December BVL dropped [Then no update again, another session of emails activated]
• 13th Jan, Boom! PPR dropped [Abuja Embassy]
• 18th Jan, LOI and passport stamped.
• 21st Jan passport delivered
• 31sts Jan, Landed in Maple Canny.

• Sponsor – Self
• Good travel history
• Study gap - 16yrs
• Age – 40+
• Application type - Paper based

True, merit played a huge role, But ZONING(FC) played a huger role. I have been trying to comment in the shortest way possible since morning.

I am not NNPC neither is any individual, rather its a govt body headed by humans who have emotions.

Okay they can even agree that the recruitment was marred with irregularities and cancel it so what? you will call them out to do another recruitment?.

They can actually admit, gaddamit the lawyer was right... Let's cancel and start again, all because of misuse of social media.

If you call them out on Twitter of what use?. There is only one possible end to it, it will spiral out of control and trust me some folks here can actually insult NNPC and MKK, remember there are alot who wants to see this canceled and some that actually don't have sense , don't give them that voice.

The GMD said they will close out soon, he doesn't talk about this at all meetings and gatherings, saying that means something and you don't expect it to just be released.

They have responded to someone on Twitter before and took down the reply.. Shows they want to control that information to avoid this attention on Twitter.

If you have complaints or whatever they provided mails, bombard the mails they will surely answer 1 person, if they don't answer fine.

Trust me i need this more than anything, I am praying for this to be my dieing minute goal this year.

Tweeps can abuse NNPC managemet and also abuse MKK.
Even abuse MoP Join.
Before you know the entire recruitment process could be cancelled.

Beware of lighting matches to a dry bush.
If this issue trends on twitter. We will not be abke to control the direction and response of tweeps.
The small fire might turn to a blazing inferno.
The only approach on twitter that can work is to turn our waiting for APL to a joke/meme. Then after we can plead for quick resolution of the matter.

Do you think NNPC will publicly tell you that the contract staff will replace the prospective EH.
The only logic thing they will do is to reduce the total number of new intake EH and add a few contract staff with them.
So no lawsuit insight after the completion of the recruitment.

Or they could just run a seperate internal recruitment for contract staffs.
But they should expect the culture of discrimination among converted contract staffs and new recruits.

I don't expect the management of NNPC to be making deliberations about this recruitment now.
There should be a standard policy of recruiting staffs that the Group NNPC HR should follow religiously.
Deliberating on this recruitment means either there is no standard policy or the GMD doesnt trust the GROUP HR to follow the policy or external influence in recruitment is a standard practice in NNPC.
If NNPC cancels this process, then we know there would never be a free and fair open recruitment for NNPC ever again.
