Christianity EtcRe: What Do You Understand By Blaspheming Against The Holy Ghost? by twosquare(m): 4:24pm On May 21, 2021
Kobojunkie:
Your claim is contradictory. You started off correctly stating that one would first need be a child of the Holy Spirit to even be able to blaspheme Him. Then you contradict this claim with your claim regarding what you claim to the prophecy of Enoch. undecided
Why would the words and admissions of the ungodly constitute blasphemy when they never knew Him to begin with? undecided
Blasphemy, even as defined in the Old Covenant Law of Moses, applies where a Master/Servant or God/People relationship exists and the blasphemer is a servant of subject/people. undecided
Because they once knew Him, but they turned. The devil was once a godly being, but he turned and became godless, having known the way of truth. To be ungodly in its micro-definition is someone who unties the process of godliness---like a negative twisted nature from the original. Apostle John warned against that (1 John 2:19); that is why Jude affirmed that these ones became twice dead (Jude 1:12). Someone like Cain is an ungodly fellow. The word "ungodly" is beyond what we all term it to be...like maybe someone who fornicates, smokes, etc...or even the word, "godly". It is in cadre. In a deep sense, it just means someone who was once under God but willfully no longer in his jurisdiction.

*You don't blaspheme what you don't know (many don't know this). You may talk anyhow, but it won't carry weight like a scribe or Teacher of the Law, or even Israelites to go against everything. When a person does a real blasphemy, something dies in such a man.

PhonesRe: GSM Booster: NCC Warns Against Unauthorized Use Of Telecommunication Boosters by twosquare(m): 9:31am On May 20, 2021
Maybe in the past but not the new ones of this century and NCC doesn't know what is talking about. You can search nairaland for same thing, they brought this topic 4 or 5 years ago or so. Plagiarising the Indian telecom industry word for word. It's just for them to make people believe that they are working after looking for what to do again. And booster is justifiable if you live in a place with little or scarce connectivity
Dymaco:
You must not sound stupid just because you wish to comment in any thread..
It is you that needs to confirm some news not the journalists....

In the notice, NCC said it was only exercising its mandate of ensuring the protection of consumers, ensuring good quality of service and maintenance of technical standards of communication equipment, and in accordance with the provisions of Section 131 (1) of the Nigerian Communications Act (NCA) 2003.
read till you understand. Booster normally disrupt signals so the journalist is correct that health might not be the reason
PhonesRe: GSM Booster: NCC Warns Against Unauthorized Use Of Telecommunication Boosters by twosquare(m): 9:27am On May 20, 2021
I think they said this 4 years ago or so or 2016 thereabout. And they copied Indian news word for word. Not that they know what it means anyway. And the purchase of booster is useless if the network download quality is poor. It is one thing to attract connectivity, it is another to for it to deliver the job. Despite your dB lower than 70 sef.

1. John 17 vs 15 -18 does not repeal Jesus Christ's law to you regarding the serving of two masters. So long as you claim to be a born-again, you belong to the Kingdom of God and as such are bound to the Law that applies to the Kingdom of God only. Unless you chose to live in disobedience of God, something that many Christian do, choosing to live according to their own will and desire even after pursuing the Kingdom of God. undecided

2. By the way,the one standing in the gap for all who believe in Him is Jesus Christ and Jesus Christ alone. No person born of a man can stand in that gap on your behalf. undecided

The moment you become born again and are ushered into the Kingdom of God, you are no longer or this world and its politics. So, it no longer matters to you who is in charge or boss over that because then you attention should switch over to obeying the Law of the Kingdom of God, leaving behind that which pertains to this world. undecided

As of today, the majority are getting it in the SW the need for own Nation, with that, one can defend own country from external aggression.

Our ancestors did it (Ogedegbe Ogbogugboro, Latosha, Ibikule, Ajayi, Ogunmola, Ogboriefun, and more) the empire is still much more alive.
Why I placed down my sword at the mention of those names, you're not like your ancestors. You've grown weak and soft, except few in SW like SI and others who are in hibernation. Wrong doctrines in Christianity and Islam damaged a lot of Yoruba culture and the war-like attributes. The Onikoyis of those days are enough to handle them.
Foreign AffairsRe: US Orders Embassy Staff To Leave Chad As Rebels Near Capital by twosquare(m): 5:13pm On Apr 18, 2021
You think the rebels don't know this? God knows who are backing the rebels. We all heard of recent that bandits want to acquire anti-aircraft guns...as for chad, maybe they have anti-aircraft missiles too...who knows...so, I bet they must have prepared for that and see all angles from advisers. I won't even be surprised say na western powers dey smash both of them together.
mansakhalifa:
They may get to the capital but one thing is for sure, they will never be able to oust Idris Derby.

This is not the first time. It has happened a great number of times this way.

Next will be to call in French aerial support for backup to deal with the rebels' convoys. Then, after that, call in the Chadian soldiers to finish off the "clowns". They have done this before.

The last thing anyone would want at a time like this will be for instability or a power vacuum to reign in a country like Chad. That will definitely leave acres of space for several non-State actors and criminals to operate freely across.

That will be the end of West and Central Africa as a whole.

I heard one of the commanders of this rebel coalition is a nephew of Idris Derby living in exile somewhere. Even power can set kinsmen on a warpath.

When people talk down on solar-inverter systems, I always blame the engineers/electricans/installers.

Solar panel is not a fuel generator set, so using it like one will lead to untimely death of the system.

Before installing inverter system for people, you have to sit them down and sensitized them. Give them good orientation as to how to use the system. Only that way can people enjoy it.
I don't understand this part. Can you expatiate what people do exactly that kills the system?

It has government hand written all over. We just need to probe further. If you believe security institutions that have been lying to you for years, then you will believe anything.

Nigerians and their hilariousness. Weaponise as in weaponising uranium?
Na so my brother. Poverty is a weapon of beating people to submission by the political elites. That's why you see people collecting 1k to vote in a destiny-wrecker for another four years.

When people are comfortable, they can reason differently, but what Nigerian leaders are doing is to ensure people become so impoverish to the extent that they lack the strength to fight back. That's why you see them fighting just to get half bag of rice at a campaign, but you that is comfortable won't do that.

*The moment people travel to some of these western countries, their prayer points cease because what is a prayer point here has been provided for by their government over there. They now realise their religiosity is as a result of poverty, not because they truly want to become spiritual.

The earlier people generally and low-income earners support the dismantling of this contraption called Nigeria, the better. The reset button must be pushed.

Good morning nairalanders
There's this question always bothering my mind maybe because have visited some countries in Asia, Europe and few in Africa
Africa to the world is seen as black continent
But countries like Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco and Egypt are mostly white and I noticed they are not going through this type of mess like a pure black African countries are experiencing

My curiosity grows when I see how Jamaican lives their life even they are not in Africa but majority of them are people of color and they live in fear and poverty

Some opined that it's as a result of Noah's curse
While some believes that blacks are generally mentally weak of which I won't agree cos a lot of blacks have done greater things in the past and till now

I'll be glad if I could get a meaningful contributions
At least to solve a problem, we need to identify it first
Mynd44
The @bolded are errors in your thoughts.

First. North African countries are not whites, they are Arabs.

Second, it is not Noah's curse, if it were, the civilization of ancient Cush and Sheba wouldn't have risen. Even the first nation on earth to be mentioned in the scriptures was Black. Cush was advanced and a formidable world power then.

Black is not an ordinary color, and I'm not saying this because I'm one, but scripturally, it is. You can see that in Nimrod.

There are forces against black nations rising up...both physical and spiritual, and one major thing that affected and still affecting Africa's development is the 1888 Africa's partition to artificial countries and type of governance.

Africa's greed is still adolescent compared to the first-world countries.

To solve Africa's problems, the artificial creation and Berlin partition of black nations into countries must first be dismantled and restructured along ethnic lines, language, similarity in culture, philosophy, and mutual agreement.

Use of indigenous language should be first...foreign language should be last.

System of governance should be unique to black nations and Africanized. Some Arab countries use Monarchy, and they're far better in development. Black nations can develop one that suits their needs. It can be an hybrid system.

Then science, tech, and agro should be a priority.

*NOTE; THIS IS A PREDICTION: One major thing that will happen across the black nations soon is restructuring. Africa will be restructured. I'm not talking about regionalism or the type some are clamoring for in Nigeria, for instance. I'm talking about restructuring via Self-determination and secession.
