First you need to understand the language before u break a barrier.
I leave in a city close to Scotland and makes almost 1300 pounds after tax and house rent. This exclude what my wife makes. Life is easy in United Kingdom and the language which we all speak n understand makes it easier
The problem with some is that they want to live in a bubbling city like London, Manchester....that kind of Lagos lifestyle, and not a town in Osun State with all amenities like up north in the UK. That's why the complain about rent, high cost of living...
KingGeedorah: Thanks for the advice, l am surely looking to add a breakers to avoid such a scinerio Will appreciate if you have can share an image of how you coonected the breakers
It should look like this. I'm yet to do mine, but this is what I found on Temu:
@Babatundehy, is it compulsory to update firmware if not prompted? Coz I want it at the factory firmware setting so I can use it in peace...not all these wàhálà and stories I hear concerning firmware tampering with some stuff. Reason I've not connected it via Wifi to the internet yet.
thecommunist: compare that to someone that won 44million dollars in the canadian jackpot, he just bought 50 dollars pizza for his co workers and said goodbye. 😀😀😀
Hydronium: Well, I use a voltage regulator for my flat, so I can't get that sound often. I guess it must be the relays trying to adjust to the change of current. I guess the grid issue did not affect everybody as I've only had 2 hours of nepa light in the past 72 hours.
Okay...you can follow Nigeria National Grid on X. Except on weird days of consistent rain fall, my intention is to charge via solar only 95% of the time.
Still grid light...waiting patiently for my cable delivery. I'm not comfortable with using NEPA light to charge. It sometimes changes gear...paka...have you noticed something like that?
oladele239: The highest I can see is 3 metres 300 cm that won't be enough for me though
There is 10 metres I think, but you can see that on Amazon. It depends on how far the roof is to where you want to place your thing....it is enough for me though...I believe.
oladele239: How far bro have you connected your D2 to the panel If so pls walk me through the cables I need to get apart from the panel itself.
Kindly send me a message via WhatsApp please.

Not yet; I am still awaiting the MC4 to XT60 Extension Cable I ordered from Temu. I think we mentioned it in past threads. This is the only cable you need: https://share.temu.com/oitxVarFCyA You can now add circuit breaker later when you are buoyant.
The how-to is in the ecoflow manual....easy peasy. Anyway, it is also on Jumia, but expensive. You can only get that of 1 metre on Jumia, and you may need more than that.
National grid is down again...now my unit has been on since 9 till now...Can I be on the generator for about 7+ hours now and not cry? Anyway...solar is the way, portable ones are the future and now
skywalker95: Good afternoon. The 63amps DC breaker for my setup got spoiled. I want to know how or where to get original product for replacement because I heard a lot of breakers at alaba are fake. Thank you.
How did that happen? You can get one on Temu if you are patient. I saw one this morning.
Superpack589: I just want to give you credit for making me love TradingView even more with your blue and red candle colors. I just used those colors and now its so pleasant to look at the charts. It makes me want to watch those candles all day. So beautiful.
It would have been better for you to get Ecoflow or Bluetti products, not unknown brand.
For a 150-watts power station, your laptop should last close to 2 hours of charging if that's the only thing you plugged in.
The person who sold it told you is probably using you to test his school project
Sorry bro, with all the knowledgeable thread on NL about solar and portable power stations, you shouldn't have fallen for this.
Drella: So I bought a Cafini inverter that can be charged with solar panels and also AC power. It has radio, led light and 12V 5W bulbs(4 bulbs) The panel is 18V 30W(1 panel). The inverter output is 220V 150W. The battery capacity is 12V 12AH Lead-acid battery.
I started using it by plugging my laptop(65W) to it. Within 40 minutes, it ran down from 100 to 0. I unplugged the laptop and plugged my power bank to it. I also plugged one of its bulbs to it. It finally died after a little over 2hrs of it being on 0.
I charged it with AC power and plugged my OX fan(95W) to it alone. The fan was struggling on level 1 and was making sound, I had to disconnect it.
The seller said that’s the capacity of the battery and it is normal. If I wan’t it to last a longer duration, I should buy a external battery of a higher capacity.
Please with what I observed, is the draining normal? The battery percentage was draining by just switching on the inverter and not plugging anything to it.
iLoveYouToo: I need words of advice/encouragement. I set TP but forgot to set SL. Now I'm losing 60%+ of my position. Do I throw in the towel or continue to hang in there? Things look really grim.
Deed is already done. I have checked the chart and I see an opportunity to recover only if you are patient and BTC can behave like a good boy.
Like I said in this forum, I fear Monday trades...often red... But then, wait for Tuesday and Wednesday especially, when news will come in. This is news week, which I believe should favour digital assets and bring you to breakeven and possibly little profits...
Hopefully you don't lose all before these days come.
Based on the video above: "The 5 Pillars of Crypto" was mentioned. What would be your wild guess of cryptos that will make the cut: I already know of 3, remaining 2.
Someone analysing it...not taking it hook, line, and sinker.
ask4bk: Are there solar solutions and tech that reduce size of panels? Coz all the big watt panels around Europe I see are still all very big. They can weight 30kg.
Any new tech?
At least, I know of the Ecoflow 400-watts panel. It's just the expensive nature; that's why people often go for the traditional panels...
ask4bk: Lol, the 555kw is huge. I broke 2 panels just transporting them to my rural settlement. Imagine the 650w+
If I had known, I may not have gone for it, but the deed is already done. Looks can be deceiving. I think these guys should work more on weight and portability, as some are already doing in the industry.
mctfopt: That's extreme sports. Glad it didn't end badly. Fouani should try to improve on their delivery period. They just miss out on someone that wants to buy up to 50 nos of solar panels. The person not sure if they'll deliver within project timeline this year.
Hmmm....50 is much o....he may need to source multiple watts sha...I am sure they may deliver it in batches coz these things are heavy mehhnn...
Fouani delivered my solar panel yesterday. Didn't know it was that big and a bit heavy. The kind stunt I pull on okada yesterday, I no fit do am again. I still blame the delivery guys though.
So, I ordered on November 29, and they delivered on December 7, which makes it 9 days.
Location is Osun State.

twosquare: Probably because you stayed in a city where their store is available. Yet to receive mine. Ordered on November 29 on Black Friday.
