With 5 years warranty on Ecoflow and Bluetti, you can't go wrong, and I'm a living testimony to that. My Bluetti AC 200max developed a 'short circuit' fault. I contacted them via email, Bluetti came to my house, took it to their office and returned it in perfect condition after 2 weeks. I didn't pay a kobo for this service, and it's been like 2 years of top quality performance.
That is interesting. Thanks.

Does the freezer make your generator cough when it starts? If it is the type that starts the compressor gradually and not just kick it once, then you're good.
The only difference between river 2 pro and delta 2 is the inverter (total output supported) and the extra WH (about 232wh), your total load with the refrigerator is 400watts, you won't be needing the extra output power of the delta 2, the river 2 pro is rated 800 watts, it is said that inverters are more efficient when at least half of their capacity is put to use (50 percent load).
About the panel, I can't say nothing about jinko brand, just make sure it was tested at the seller's store and results are satisfactory, also results under load can be different but "no load" is also like a hint, delta 2 can take input volts of up to 60, if the jinko 615 panel is less than 60v ( give ten percent = 54) then it is okay, you can do your own research.
Just a tiny sound which signals that the refrigerator has been connected and nothing more.

This is what I do, run my refrigerator from morning until sundown (6pm), I'm left with 100 percent, have the TV on until maybe 11pm, left with about 70 percent after that, then i program the power station to run the whole house for two hours (whole house but only the refrigerator and 11 watts dc fan are on) and shut off, in the morning, I wake up to see like 35+ percent left, then i repeat.
You won't need to run your refrigerator 24hrs a day, it will not run for 24hrs a day even if you have the refrigerator connected (defrost cycles etc). With your refrigerator out during night time you can go for the river 2 pro or Delta 2, what's your refrigerator power draw? Is it an inverter type?
I am thinking of getting Jinko 615 watts panel...(advise)

Also, the freezer is 110 watts (200 Litres)—40% energy saving.

How many hours do you want the power station to run your devices for at night?
from 4 pm - 10 pm. I may switch off my freezer since sun power working from 9 till even is okay for the day. But let me stick to 4 pm when the sun goes down to 10 pm.

Oh well, mine is almost always not too far from 200 watts (about 55 if my refrigerator auto shuts off). The river 2 pro will work for you if you are not looking beyond 2 hours after sundown. You'll need something of higher WH if you will still run the same load at night for more than 2hrs. Check the Ecoflow store on JUMIA to see which one will suit you best.
I am thinking of ECOFLOW DELTA 2. I think that should do?

😂 no be lie, it is worth the money bro, experience is just too sweet for one to keep to oneself, do your calculations (your load) properly, so you know which of the models to go for.
My load is like 397 watts on regular use (let's say 400).

Hydronium couldn't say it better, this is the future, not those huge batteries you can't discharge more than 50 percent and need hundreds of panels to charge over many hours. People just think a large system filled with huge lead acid nonsense, inverters and charge controllers will last longer 😂, when they look at the unnecessary kilogrammes in a corner of their house they're like oh yeah that's what I got with a million naira 🫢
This is compact, better tech ( can't play with the BMS), very lightweight, and a lot more efficient than the traditional thing, it's the future.

Hydronium:
honest truth, we're just a minority who sees the future. In the city where I stay for instance, the crop of people who know about power stations or even LiFePo battery technology is less than 5% (I'm being modest). Most people are keen on how to buy the next tubular battery (feels like you're getting more for your money due to its size).

Also, Nigerians are used to and more comfortable buying and setting up individual units of their system (battery, charge controller, solar panel etc). They feel that's the only way it'd work well; anything in a compact form is bound to fail, crack under load etc. It's like choosing to buy and couple the different part of an analog landline when someone is handing you a sleek S24 ultra...
I, too, want something compact. I asked and was skeptical because of the bolded...that's why I am still holding back on exploring the power station option. I think my first experience with it was sighting it with these welders. I know they connect it to something like a box they can move around sha. But my mind no too dey there then that it was a power station.

Thanks for replying.

Thanks for the quick response. Final clarification at the bold. Does it work like inverters, where one can set the priority of taking power from solar power directly rather than the battery?

Babatundehy:
1.Depends on the efficiency of the panels and how much space you have on your roof. If the two panels are very efficient, placed well and space isn't a problem then the series connection will work just as good as the single panel. Some people don't have so much space for two so they use a panel, some are thinking something could go wrong and to minimise losses they rather use two panels (lose one instead of two). What's important is whatever the combination you choose, don't be too close to the max voltage the delta two can take (60 volts).
2. Definitely bro, it is what i plan to use, that's the proper way to use a power station, with your solar panel connected it becomes a solar generator. I have connected mine to the mains and all has worked good, I've run all my appliances (besides AC and pressing iron) through this plug and all has been fine, neater this way.
3. It is actually not slow, Hydronium is looking to max out the solar input of his delta, that's about 500 watts at less than 60 volts max, it is why he's going with the single 550 watts panel 48v, charging at 500 watts isn't slow, you might think it's slow because Ecoflow has crazy charging speeds through AC (when set to maximum charging speed), many power stations out there will not even take up to 400 watts through AC, the same reason you will see many other brands taking up to 3.5hrs to fully charge with AC. Let me add that you shouldn't always set your power station to charge at the maximum speed, it is not supposed to work that way, only do this when you need to, be easy on the batteries and transistors. Charging with solar should take about 2.5hrs on days the weather is nice.
You need not worry about fully charging it with solar panels, especially if your load isn't up to the solar input and your power station is above say 20 percent, you can have your load connected and then charge from solar simultaneously, e.g your total load is 350 watts, power station is 20 percent charged, and your panel is sending the unit 450 watts, then you can run your appliances without damage to battery, load should not exceed power coming through the panel if power station is low. You can find this on the Ecoflow app FAQ, I think website too.

Hydronium:
Also, do you think it's wise to use a 550W 48v jinko panel. Or will it be better to combine 200W 24v in series? I'm presently considering which to go for.
No one has answered this question here, @ Babatundehy

2) Also, Babatundehy, can I use the outdoor direct socket I use for my petrol generator to power my house and do the same for power station?

3) I have read that charging via solar can be slow...how fast is it to charge with solar panel...like the 550 watts hydronium is looking at.

I am trying to reduce costs...maybe the inverter...I need to understand something based on your experience.

When the battery is full, does it rely solely on the panels during the daytime? Like it switches automatically or...

Thanks.

4.5M, without the installation of solar panels.
How good is this proposed setup:

1) Jinko 615W Monofacial Solar Panel (two panels in total = 1,230)

2) 3KVA 24V Hybrid Inverter With Inbuilt 4000W MPPT Controller

3) 24V 5KWH 200AH Lithium (LiFePO4) Battery

Learning forex trading alone does not guarantee a secure financial future. While some people do find success in forex, it’s inherently a high-risk market with no guarantees of profit.
Tell that to traders employed by Wall Street companies to do that for them...Abeg, say what you know.

Choose a pair and master it...stop jumping around, but be opportunistic and milk it.

That pair must be what your star aligns with somehow and you understand best...even in your sleep. Don't overleverage and don't forget the rules of your prop firm or broker! Use more of bias, price, and chart structure or whatever strategy you use. You should be okay.

Why would a reputable firm want to take the risk of not vetting their traders before entrusting them with their accounts? You are unsure of your abilities, which is why you are looking for instant funding. You want to rely on luck to make quick money before crashing the account.

Instead of looking for instant funding, improve your skills and look for a company that pays with minimal drama.
There are, and most prop firms don't mirror your trade. They just earn from the purchases, etc.

"The majority of these prop firms will claim that your trades are then mirrored onto live accounts and this is how the firms make money…This is mostly untrue. "

We have reputable ones that will give you instant account...and if you blow it, na you sabi...

Me for one don't see the need with that evaluation nonsense...they are just time wasting and profits the company more...person wey for withdraw tey tey go still dey struggle with phase 2, after reaching phase 1 target.
