pinkynanny: NO MY GRANNY IS STILL IN NIGERIA,WE BOTH APPLIED AND WE WHERE DENIEDR of O is Right of Occupancy and it is also a good form of fixed asset documentation. How come your insurance was on a high side? It actually should have cost you about 10k to 12k. Since you work with a Print press for more than a year already, it is a good start. You now need to build your account to a minimum of about 700k and get yourself a better letter of introduction from your organisation stating: 1. How much you earn. 2. That you will be granted leave from work and your expected return date should be indicated. 3. It's important to mention that you will be paid your salary during you leave. 4. Get a rental receipt if you reside in a paid accomodation and include this in your application. This shows a commitement back in Naija. Note That this receipt has to show a rent that is reasonable not a small amount. If it doesnt meet this criteria, remove this document. 5. If you have other sources of income, include docs to show this in your application. It shows a commitment back home. 6. Any other thing you can think of that can lay a solid tie to Naija will help. |
pinkynanny: No baba.,i dnt pay anybody coz i saw it here dat mst of those so kald agant go just chop pson mny....d insurance waz ment 4 me and my granny..coz we applied 2gther....she as a landed property can she use it 4 herself....bt she did nt get the c of o...bt she as plan to shw property and other documents...bt what abt the purpose 4 invitation what wl he rewrite....and 4 myself what other document can i get apart 4rm making my account look good wit more money....?First and foremost, how much was your insurance fee? 2. I thought you said your granny is with your uncle in France? 3. The landed property must be submitted with either a C of O or R of O. An ordinary document such as receipt will not be sufficient. 4.Where do you work? 5. How long have you been working here? 6.Are you single and what is your age? |

pinkynanny: thans baba.....y am asking is becuz i was denied a french visa on he 29th of last month and am about to reapply but a dnt knw other documents to add apart 4rm the 1s i submitted b4.....baba any help on this....Anyway from wat i can see from ur checklist , i see that you are not married, and you have jst 200k in your account and no investment whatsoever in Naija such as Landed documents, building properties etc. The possible thinking of the ECO is that you may not return to Naija if issued a Visa and the fact that you are unmarried, further fuels that thought. Your age bracket and the type of job you do here in Naija and how much you receive, is important in the ECO arriving at their decision most times. Notwithstanding your uncle making his account statement available to you, does not change a thing in your favour as the ECO will still require you to have adequate fund at your disposal for your upkeep; and enough savings at your disposal when you are to return to Naija which is difficult to prove with 200k. I will only advise you suspend your journey for now, build your account to like say 700k and apply then. Hopefully, this may have made your circumstances to have changed since your first application. And take note, try to ensure there's consistency in the documents you will use for your next application. As they will be looking for flaws to refuse you again if there's a noticeable difference in your docs. I hope this helps......? |

Talk2naija: Please bro, I need ur advice, I am about to go and submit my documents, my job is only giving me 1 month Vacation, then I am intending to stay for 3 months in holland, because that's exactly what I want in other to stick to my plan, I wanted to write 1 month on my visa application form that I will return after the 1 month and if I am given 90 days I will use 89 days and return back to Nigeria, but what bother me now is that if did what I just said, have I break any law or rules of Immgiration policy. And does it possible for me to write 3 months in my visa application form and be granted the 3 months successfully? It is not a standing rule for any shengen member state to issue you a 3mths Entry Visa, you can be given a week or 2wks Visa as the ECO sees fit. Do not unnecessarily raise your hope high. It is even better to apply for a lesser stay and get your Visa, than to demand for a month Visa or more and be subjected to unnecessary scrutiny. However, i would advise you to allow your girlfriend come over to Nigeria for a couple of months. After which you then pay her a visit in Holland, then include her Nigerian Visa along with the entry/exit stamps when filing for your own application. Note however that the issue of getting married should not surface for now until after you have hopefully secured a visa to visit her in Holland. You may be subjected to filing for a spouse visa which is another different ball game entirely which can last you a long time and no guarantee of being issued.... Over n' out.. |
