With the devaluation of the Naira, there's no way revenues from current electricity tariffs will offset the debt to gencos. If you have Nigerian Army University, all other military and paramilitary institutions will clamor for theirs. The real intent of such structures for the sons of the soil to give back to their natal communities. The Army's core mandate is protecting territorial integrity and entrenching a secure nation.
