I've been reading some of the posts since last time here for over an hour now, and I saw this link www.nairaland.com/1372903/fantasy-premier-league-betting about a betting version. By the way, that word "betting" sounds um...um... That's not even the issue.

I wonder if it is impossible for some people to just volunteer some money instead for the winners of the leagues to get a drink for their effort? Such individuals could be credited in the original post as donating. I've seen some leagues offering between £10 and £100 for winners elsewhere. I believe some people may be able to do same here. Winners who feel the prizes are too little may give same to charity or forfeit into the prize pot.

So much for the long story. And just a thought, by the way.

Yeah, the manager of the FA Cup champions is back!

I've yet to put a team together this time around, though. But, if possible, you may send me codes to the other leagues, in addition to the main league and FA Cup. Or is there anything bad in winning a treble or quadruple? grin

If I may note, you should come with adequate covering, as the weather here can be very cold in the nights. I don't need to tell you that adequate money is essential also for the camp.

Travel › Re: Nigerian Passport Application: This Sounds Right? by U1(op): 2:14pm On Feb 20, 2013
Thanks for your input, everyone.

calebo10: Nigeria passport is been done online everywhere, you can log on to www.immigration.gov.ng, fill the form and print them out by yourself with your appointment date at the immigration office. But the problem with this is that it will take longer time before you could finish and get your passport. The other option is that you will pay them in the immigration office and they do the necessary procesing for you and you get your passport instantly. I did mine around 15,000#.
GOOD LUCK.
Man, when and where did you do it?
Travel › Nigerian Passport Application: This Sounds Right? by U1(op): 6:18pm On Feb 19, 2013
Hi, everyone in here. Please, a quick question for those in the know. I'll appreciate useful opinions.

I used to think applications for Nigerian passport are suppose to be done online. But after reading a lot here and elsewhere online, I observed that process usually leads to delays. So I decided to go make enquiry at one disheveled immigration office in my LGA. There was no mention of online application and I was told to come with N18,000 for processing when ready. Please, does this sound right? Or something fishy somewhere? Thanks.

I reject am by fire! In fact, as you don vex me so, Gerrard go score one goal and grab an assist join. grin
Phones › Re: Is Ur MTN Bonus Account *559# Still Displaying The Remaining MB On Ur MTN Pulse? by U1(m): 9:46am On Feb 10, 2013
asudan: Mtn is having network issue and it wil be resolve soon.
Soon, you said? Yeah, right. I migrated to the Pulse plan on Dec. 31, 2012 after I discovered the network was charging excessively on the Zone plan. But I tell you, I have recharged an average of about N300 per week since then, yet I have not been able to see the free data allowance using *559#, let alone utilising it.

Once or twice I did see a message upon recharge that I had been given the 10MB data allowance. But, I was not able to use it at all. Contacting the customer care didn't do any good.

Things like this happen because of selfishness and corruption in this country. These networks can fail to deliver and get away with it. So sad. :@
