RomanceWhy Do Ladies Become Funny When Optionless Set In? by ubong560(op): 8:50pm On Jan 15, 2013
Girls mostly the pretty ones make a lot selection when it comes to men during thier early 20s and till middle 20s. At late 20s, they begin to calm down and be a bit serious with which ever man come thier way bt at dis time, 98.5% of the men are either just interested abt thier punny or money (the ones that are well to do). By the time they are 35, desperation for marriage eagerly set in and anybody is acceptable optionlessly. @ dis time, you see a lady who is even a graduate and a one time queen (self acclaimed) hustling and lobbying just to get married to even a carpenter irrespective of her standard. Some can even marry a market truck pusher or whoever is on sight. Isn't dis ridiculous and shows they shld think of drying thier leaves when sun shines?

NOTE: Exactly what happened in my neighbourhood last week.

RomanceHave You Been A Lucky Banker Before? by ubong560(op): 5:37pm On Jan 15, 2013
A lot of people get what we may call "LUCK" evryday receiving alert dat thier account has been credited with strange sum amount of money and the smart ones fastly got such sum withdrawn immediately to avoid future 'Had I Known'. My former boss once had his account with First Bank credited with more than N17m. My closed friend had his account with UBA credited with more than N11m and he was like mad going frm 1 ATM to another checking to confirm d amount inside and it was d same. He was scared of being traced by efcc if he removes it, but wen finally he made up his mind to go withdraw it, for where, the money had disappeared and he deeply bited his fingers regretting his dullness. As for my former boss, he went openly to d bank and report the strange sum to them. So many others happened wch cant be stated here.

Have you ever been a "lucky banker". State ur experience.

FamilyWho Bears The Blame Of Suicide? The Government Or The Individual? by ubong560(op): 6:23pm On Jan 13, 2013
Hmmm, pathetic, very pathetic, annoyingly pathetic. It was 2days ago wen d pple of an area (Not to be disclosed) not too far frm my neighborhod wer thrown in a shocking dellima wen a young man of 34yrs hung himself 2 dead. It was learnt d said man until dead was managing his little provisn biz but culdnt experience progress in d biz due 2 lack of capital 2 boost d biz. D suicide hweva reminded me of d same story of a 29yr old man last 2months. It reminded me of a friend who did same 3yrs ago. It further reminded me of a 19yr old boy who was living wit his grandmum n suicide himself too. I also heard of a 42yr old man who did d same thing. D list continues...

I wont b wrong if i say dat a harsh economy culd be d primary cause of dis as govt do not create an enabling environment 4 youth strive e.g. loan.

I'll also say even ourslves as humans are also a cause. We do nt help our fellow human beings. U discover dat evrywher, d poorest man in a community is a relative 2d riches man in dat same comm.
FoodRe: Do People Still Eat Three Square Meals Daily In Nigeria? by ubong560(m): 9:22pm On Jan 12, 2013
Permit at dis juncture to state dat i emphatically sense alot of lies in dis thread. Most people here claim they eat 1-1-1 or 1-0-1 or 0-1-1 or as the case may be. This is d same people who lamented wen it was told Oga Jona spends mor dan N1b for feeding alone and the same people here wept of eating only once in a day and even that one is a malnurished food. Now suddenly, evry1 has bcom rich to avoid three or two square meals a day. NL, una sabi form o.

Bloody liars. 98.5% of commenters here eat only 0-1-0
RomanceRe: When Love Dies, What Next? by ubong560(m): 7:58pm On Jan 12, 2013
@op/topic, the underlisted are wat next wen love dies.

1) If love dies, den ambulance takes it to d mortuary, frm mortuary to d bury ground (wch d date shld be announced 2 d public e.g. if fried rice will be cooked), den after burial, d love resurrects on the judgment day to face its sinful deeds whilst on earth b4 d Creator. From there, either heaven or hell (na love itself go sabi dat one abeg).

2) If love truly dies e.g. 2day 2day, den Liverpool go yansh Man U 2moro b dat.

Hope i've made sense?

FamilyRe: Ajebo And Ajepako Family, Which Is More Fun To Born Into? by ubong560(op): 12:46pm On Jan 12, 2013
To futher strenghthen my point, u know ajepako is 99x stronger than ajebo in terms of strenght. Of cos u also know ajebo wont dare go to fight wit ajepako cos one resounding slap frm ajepako wil send him/her to an instant coma 4 3days. My elder brother during sec. sch. days beat an ajebo who was even his senior in age till his parents came attacking us. Wat abt d fun of sleeping and attemting to canopy urself under som1's body during harmattan season cos u pple were many in d same room. Ajebo, 1room per person. What abt d fun of playing football in d neighbourhood and associate wit almost evrybody? Wat abt d fun of sharing clothes wit ur siblings. Dat time, one hardly know who is d original owner of a particular cloth cos u meet d same cloth on diff. pple in diff. days. I was once asked who owns d particular cloth i put on dat time, d man saw d same cloth almost on all d male members of d family and he was forced to ask. Can go on and on and on.
FamilyRe: Ajebo And Ajepako Family, Which Is More Fun To Born Into? by ubong560(op): 12:17pm On Jan 12, 2013
@Djeezy, apparently, nobody prays 4 poverty in life and life on it own is not abt being d richest on earth. Remember i said d context of dis thread shldnt be based primarily on money. We are talking abt d fun btwn d two families here - d poor and d rich. E.g. in my primary sch days, we d ajepako played a lot of rough plays but it was funful and worth childhoodness. I remember wen we came bak frm sch. one day (abt 5 of us) and d only soup left was in d black pot (tanx 2 gas cooker now), evrybdy joined hand to eat directly frm d pot and it wasnt long wen struggle started and b4 u know, our uniforms were decorated wit charcoals. Can dat happened in an ajebo house? Ajepako is alwys many in d house like up to seven or more while ajebo is highest 3. Wat abt d issue of eating anythng eatable on ur way returning frm sch. Frm groundnut to kwilikwili to bons to mamma put to puck meat just name it. Do ajebo do all dos things?
FamilyAjebo And Ajepako Family, Which Is More Fun To Born Into? by ubong560(op): 12:13am On Jan 12, 2013
It's believed dat money is not everything in life and as such, even those born in elite families stil have some problems they dislike abt thier families and which the poor may not have. I remember my childhood days though i cant bragly say my parents were rich, but we had a lot of fun living together as a family. My mum would buy a local bread for us on coming bak from mrkt and we will begin to struggle dis same bread till fight boosted and we'll fight and reconciled later. Ajebo family may not do so cos they buy champion bread and may go one to each person and nothing to share or struggle over it therefore lacks one of those fun.

Share ur experience and tell us which is more funful to born into.

Note: Money shldnt be used primarily as a criteria here cos the poor can also be happy and catch fun in life.

Over to you.

@Giftmurphy, am not disgracing her. Just to make som girls esp. naija cheeks to believe on self-industrious instead of man dis and man dat.

I stil stand d fact dat though i approached her for friendship, dat shldnt be used as a yardstick in holding me for ransom. If u r doing same wit ur guy, try and amend ur ways ok! We both need each other and no one shld be held for ransom unless gay or lesbian.

@byvan, God bless u. Help me tell ur fellow girls. What sin did a man commit by wanting a woman around him? It wasnt his making but God designed it dat way and now they've turned it into an instrument of ridicule. Its quite unfair.
PoliticsRe: Was Governor Chime Kidnapped? by ubong560(m): 10:34am On Jan 11, 2013
Dat's one undisputable fact abt Nigerian Politicians. They die hard and remain stiffed on seat. They prefer to be taken away as corpses frm the govt house than resigning to save his/her life. Wch nigerian leader have u eva heard of resigning from active post? If the man has discovered dat his health conditn can no longer run the office of a state governor, what is there for him to resign and hand over full power to his subordinate instead of sneaking to the land of the unknown.

I dont know wat exactly d problem is but a guy on dis forum once said HE MAY NOT MAKE IT BACK TO THE GOVT HOUSE because of his family in-law fetish stuffs like dat. I dont know abt that but SOMTIN MUST KILL A MAN.

He shld just resign and give power to the active afterall he didnt born wit political post neither will he leave here wit one. That is all!

@Graphy, Dear or shld i call u sweerie, u re indirectly putting me into assessment. Hmmm, but dats no probs cos a homely swthrt like u shld try to find out somtins abt a guy b4 ..... u know wat am saying.

1) U wouldnt undastnd d circumstances dat led to our being 2keda. It wasnt premeditated or call it intentional. Was a kind of accidental clash.

2) U Mention abt being lousy on internet. Come on baby, dis is internet and an ananimous forum 4 dat matter where U cant see or know me and i am in d same positn unless otherwise. 95% of posts in dis forum are either total lies or non-existng. What if i was lying?

That means u either read my post well or u didnt understand it well. I said 'dark-skinned' ladies drive me crazy on sight (e.g dis one on ur profile) and i can empty my account on such without looking back. May be becos she doesnt have dark skin dats y i feel reluctant in spending on her. U can testify dat u urself cannot invest or spend on wat u dont like

As for u, dear, my joy will be to see u spending my money like hell. Am serious!

But where did u get lousiness from?

I bet that pic is not urs but i will give u benefit of doubt. Peradventure it's yours, i think you are just that type that can make me empty my account without looking back. I crave for dark-skinned ladies bbbbbbaaaaaddddddlllllly.

@xynerise, why did you think am lying? Believe it or not, it happened live at Okon Ekpo Street, Calabar south.

As i am typing this post, Edwin is in police cell. It happen about for days ago.
Nairaland GeneralShe Burnt Down His House And Now... by ubong560(op): 12:54pm On Jan 10, 2013
If Edwin had known what awaits him that day, am sure he wouldnt have asked his gf, Sanly to go cook for him in his house. Edwin is a banker and lived in a 2bedroom apartment. Due to his busy style at work, he sent Sanly to go prepare soup for him and Sanly ended up burnt down abt 60% of the building and its properties thru cooking gas explosion b4 intervention came.

Now the lanlord wants his house renovated either to the former state or modern style.

Edwin doesn't have such money and all the girl can say is "pls am sorry. It wasnt my intention" - shedding tears (dont know if its a crocodile own)

Edwin is confused and may run away. What do u advice him to do?

It's natural. Wen u r taken unware, u can loose aperthied even for the most desired thing. Anyways, they shld go and begin to live by the once they've stolen already. If all of us can be opportuned to be commissioners for just 3days, i tell u poverty would have no lineage in Naija again. Good for them.
