It is very important you change it not before you accept the PNP but before you are even nominated. [/quote]

Good morning Elders in the House,

Please, if I get a PNP nomination in an NOC different from my primary NOC in my express entry profile(e.g PNP nomination is NOC 0111 and Primary NOC in express entry profile is NOC 1111),do I need to change my primary NOC in my express entry profile before accepting the PNP nomination?

Your usual support will be appreciated.
Thank you

Hello Ucheuju,

It won't be applicable to you. Any foreign academic credential needs to be evaluated to the Canadian equivalence or standard.

Any online course done outside Canada without a valid status as a resident (Student, PR) as at the time prior to filing your application won't count towards additional points except only for CEC. This also applies to In-land EE applicants under the CEC who studied online.

All the best

Thank you for your response.I am so grateful.

Good day Elders in the house,
I am an ACCA member and I am currently considering processing my CPA from Nigeria while awaiting ITA in the pool.

Please, I want to confirm if the CPA canada will give me additional CRS points under question 7(Do you have a certificate of qualification from a Canadian province, territory or federal body?) of the CRS calculator?

Thank you.

This is exactly what I did to call ircc fast and free

1. Download govpn from playstore
2. Open govpn and connect using United States server, this will connect you to a new York server.
3. Download the apk file of textnow app, u can type 'textnow apk' on Google.‎
4. Install the textnow app and register
5. When you get to where to input area code, put 718 and select a number
6. Now dial +1(905) 676-3640‎.     Or.     +1 (905) 612-5416‎ With the text now app
7. Select option 2, i.e press 2 on your keypad to connect to ircc.
8. That's it. Congrats you are connected. Within 10 mins u will be connected to an agent.‎
Thank you @kpnick

Hello Taiwo. Welcome to this thread.

1. You have to rewrite IELTS for a better chance at securing ITA (Invitation to apply).
You should aim for 8777 , with 8 in Listening.
You mentioned not wanting to write IELTS again, maybe you could highlight the areas you are struggling with and we could point you in the right direction. For example, if you struggle with the writing module, reach out to Johnnybravo1990
If you struggle with Listening and reading, use youtube and check out some tips here.

2. I know you asked about PNP but if you have age and degrees (the more/higher the better) on your side you could shoot straight for Express Entry instead of going the PNP route.

3. Please make Page one your "bible"

4. A summary of the process

Thank you Stencil.

Good morning everyone.

I need help..

I am currently filling our express entry profile.

1. My wife is the principal applicant. For her primary NOC, we used a secretary job she did from September 2015 to August 2016. I hope this is one year. She was moved to another role from September 2016.

2. While filling educational history. Should we fill all our educational history from secondary school to the highest qualifications obtained? Should this be done for both the principal applicant and accompanying spouse? Or should we just fill the part we did ECA for.

3. For work history we only filled the work experience that the principal applicant is claiming points for as per NOC. hope it's OK or do we need to fill all her work history in the last 10 years?

4. For the accompanying spouse.. Is it important to fill his work history while creating an express entry profile? He isn't claiming points with any NOC. if yes.. Should he fill his work history in the last 10 years

Dear Elders,
Please help out with this as many more freshers would benefit from your answer.

Thank you

Good day Elders in the House,
Please I need clarification regarding job title and Job description. I learned from this thread and from Canada Visa thread that Job Title does not matter but rather what matters is the job description.

My job title is finance manager(NOC 0111) but in reality,my job description aligns more with 'Financial Accountants'(NOC 1111).
1) while filling my express entry profile, can I choose NOC 1111 (that aligns more with my job description) while maintaining the Job Title 'Finance Manager'?

2)Hope it will not be conflicting if my employer's reference letter contains my current Job title(Finance Manager) with job description for a financial accountant(NOC1111)? Note:I I perform both roles-Finance manager and Company's Accountant.

Thank you.

Whoever you are, you're just rude and plain stupid and I mean no disrespect. You can't make your point without insulting others. Ode!

The original poster has tried to point out a difference between the points scored for work experience under the Comprehensive Ranking Scheme and the Six selection factors for eligibility. Whether it makes any difference? I don't care, but whether it exists? Sure. Now look at the attached screenshots and links to see the difference.

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/eligibility/federal-skilled-workers/six-selection-factors-federal-skilled-workers.html
Thank you for this info.

Please Elders in the house I need your clarifications on these;

1) Can I claim points for number of years of experience under eligibility grid using two different NOCs (both NOCs fall within 0, A and B)? e.g I have 2 yrs and 5 months experience as an Audit Associate (NOC 1111) and 2 years and 9 months as a finance manger( NOC 0111). Can I assess myself under 4-5years( and claim 13 points) by adding up the years of work experience from the two NOCs?

2) which NOC do you advise I choose as my primary NOC (Finance Manager-0111 or Financial Auditor and Accountants-1111)

Thank you.

Good afternoon seniors in the house. Please a friend received a letter of interest from Alberta Province yesterday but the issue is that he is confused whether to accept or decline because his WES ECA report will be available on the 23rd of October which is a major concern here. While filling his EE he used forged combinations for WES ECA report number. His CRS is 420, please is any advice for him

Forged documentation! Could this be a joke?

I just wonder...

There's a way to register a profile which doesn't run into ineligibility issues. You start by generating a personal reference code (PRC) through this link http://onlineservices-servicesenligne.cic.gc.ca/eapp/eapp.do This helps you determine eligibility.

If by any chance that link is broken, follow these steps:
1. Visit https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/submit-profile.html
2. On the displayed page, scroll down and click on "Find out if you're eligible".
3. On the next page, click on "Check your eligibility".
The start filling the questionnaire.

When you're done filling the questionnaire, copy the PRC (at this point, you should be able to read that it appears you're eligible) and proceed to sign up for a GC Key. You'll start by creating a username and in the end, you'll have to paste the PRC and proceed. The forms would have been pre-filled with the information you supplied in the questionnaire. You can then fill in the gaps and complete all the other forms.

It's important that you let the POF be more the the required amount. While filling the questionnaire, you'll have to choose a range at first. The specific amount will be filled in when you sign up for GC key.

I hope this helps.

PS: I know this works because I was on the phone with a friend who ran into the same problem, doing this, for over an hour yesterday.

Thank you for this insight
