I'm not against the major movements of youths to leave the country as long as there is a conscious program to make sure that they don't ultimately detach themselves from their roots. The fact is that for every job left by a youth in Nigeria, say in a bank or a University or even in a hospital, there are thousands of jobless youths waiting in the wings to take over such opportunities.

What's more? These ones travelling abroad are going to be very productive where they're going and will ultimately help jack up the level of foreign currency remittance to the country. In a place like Imo State, most of the economic activities going on there are driven by foreign remitted cash. Lots of families are living healthy today because of the remittance from their relatives abroad.

So it's not totally bad news.

Then should be used to replace the ones who want to leave .

HR should stop negotiation of salaries with people who wants to leave.

We should stop running business like a family affair, no one is loyal to anyone or company.
