After my hsg, d result showed one of my tubes was blocked so I did flushing. I didn't feel any single pain , I guess it got opened, but my frnd who had two tubes blocked said the pain she had was more than d hsg experience, we did d hsg and d flushing same places. When she still couldn't conceive she did more two flushings, d last one she did october last year opened her tubes and she got pg November, unfortunately she lost d baby. She had missed abortion and had DandC this january.

If you live around yaba, union diagonistic centre at tejuosho is good, I did mine 10k 2yrs ago, the price won't be d same now, but its one of good centres we hv in d mainland. Take cataflam before u enter d theatre. As favoredgal said l aslo had abt 3 days spotting. Its advised to take complete dose of antibotics after d procedure. Personally I wl advise u resume BD after completing ur antiboitic that's like 6days after.
I had heavy bleeding with cloting 3 cycles after d procedure don't know d rationale behind it, if u experience it don't get scared ur cycle wl return to normal afterward.

From all hear and read abt cleanshield, it balances the ph level of the body system. Some pple claim it shrunk their fibriod and cured infection. A frnd of mine used it and got preg, she said itcured her stomach problem, she wasn't specific. I have never used it, my stand is that if ur PH level is normal, taking it may cause more problem than good, I may be wrong. But from all u said, I don't think u need it, and btw 10 bottles are too much! I will say use only 3 bottles and watch if it makes any difference.
Abt the delayed period, did u stop the bromo? I was once there, bromo works as long as u continue using it, when u stop it a kind of reverses. The best treatment of high prolatin from experience is diet rich in B vitmins especially Vit B6. I used vit B6 and ewedu. Rushing to enter church service now, will continue later pls

My sister if I get second chance na wetin I go read oo, but no worry one of my children will become one! Since my dr told me I know too much I dont talk again, I just keep quiet and allow him do his own. But why we no go become doctors and pastors when u will be told A and B is d prob, those wl be treated still no result.
When u get a prenatal without Vit K, let me know. I will check drug store nxtwk for d recommded one.

thank, am relaxed with the cyclogest anyway, just wanted to know. I got to this stage without taken anything, so l trust God now for success.

I read someting on pregnacare original that l didnt take the one l bought. It contains vitamin K, which helps in blood cloting. I am taking babyaspirin to thin out the blood, so taking vitamin K, will work against the work of baby aspirin. And if l have blood cloting issue (as its suspected could be the cause of the previous MCs), it will clot it the more - and l have been taking this previously! Am using only folic acid now, l will check out drug store for a prenatal without vitamin K. Wanted to share this info since, keep forgetting.

thanks for ur reply on cyclogest, it seems majority are taking it thru the virgy, definitely l feel comfortable with the back door. the last time l inserted thru the virgy, l didnt like the experience. was it only cyclogest u used, where u also given progesterone shot?

When l suspected l could be pg, l was filled with fear of the past instead of happiness but thank God it happened the same time with a church program in my church tagged 'Grace, Grace', l took out time to attend the week long program, every preaching was a kind of directed to me. However in the month of October we did one month fasting on the closing day i.e oct 31st, the pastor prophesied that 'you are here, you havent missed ur period yet, you are going to miss it - you will embrace a son and attend the 2013 program with your son' he ended the prophesy by rebuking miscarriage. I received that prophesy, shared it with DH we started praying Isaiah 44:24-26 that the word will come to pass in our life.
Infact, l knew when l missed the period that l was pg, so didnt need a test. l thank God for seeing me thru even when l never had up to a mustard seed of faith and the fact that l turned a prayer warrior, i was still faithless. l have confidence now that the limitation and siege are over, for me to get to this stage, shows God is in this business, my Change has really come!

Dont mind me, am talking too much church, but when doctor examined you and certify you and dh ok having treated all that were found out to be wrong, and still nothing is happening, my people you have to turn to the creator!

TTC is what l dont wish my enemy, being there for 5+years is not easy, l have become 'self made doctor'. my prayer is that God will change every TTCers' story for GOOD!

if you dont mind spending the money, go ahead and do it, even if you had ovulated the scan will see evidence of it. Tell the sonographer your experience, so he can be more careful while doing it.

ok, today from my calculation l should be 6weeks, so we decided to see the doctor and do the needful. We havent got to this stage before, that shows our God indeed is faithful!
The PT came out Postive, pelvic scan didnt show much, but doctor said it showed sign of PG. i guess transvirginal scan should have been done at this early stage and not pelvic. So he placed me on cyclogest 400 m.g 2x daily, babyaspirin and folic acid. I asked him to give me the progesterone shot, he said it will require me coming every two days, that it's same with the cyclogest. However, l told him am not comfortable taking the cyclogest vaginally, but prefer the backside, he said no problems. l read it sometimes irritates the cervix when taken vaginally, l maybe wrong but am playing safe, would have preferred the shot (thats the problem with awoof (NHS), if am paying cash l guess he would have given me the shot!

I want to thank everybody onces more, we are still crossing our fingers, thats what l need mostly, did this to fulfil all righteouness, that Grace that has seen us this far will complete the good work!

the best way of confirming O is through follicle scan, you may try that to be sure u are or not Oing.

The only thing you will miss is the practical experiences some 'working' students will be sharing in the course of lecture, which definitely will help u when u start ur HR career, but if you are already a HR practitioner, it makes no point, because the experiences are not high level HRM experiences!

if you can dicipline yourself to read, i mean reading the study pack back to back and practice the past question, you will pass. l did lecture for inter 11 and PE1, l regretted that of Inter 11, l had better grades with my PE11, l read at home using the tips above, i even wrote 5 papers because l had one carry over from PE1. The books are not voluminous, you can finish one in one week, when u read all, start all over again, then during exam concentrate on likely questions based on the past questions.

I noticed a thing in ur cd8 scan, eventhough u were still bleedg seriously, ur endo thickness was 12mm and a follicle size of 12mm was seen. This means d bleeding was not really as a result of endo shading.I want to teLl u that u actually Oed on cd12 when u noticed d O pain and yes its possible to get pregnant if u can try to bd at that time. I don't understand why u shd be placed on aspirin why u are already hving uncontrollable bleeding, pls don't take any aspirin under this condition, it will worsen d condition because aspirin is a blood thinner. And why is he also placing u on provere doesn't he know u are ttc? Am not a doctor if I were u I will go a cycle without any med, then do another scan at cd11 to check for follice and do d needful even if there is still bleeding. All d best dear.

The tip that helped me was that I bought past questions for 5 diets from d institute then it was N100 per diet question, make sure u practice those questions and read ur study pack back to back. The questions are taken from d study packet. If u hv money and time go for tutorial but u can actually pass int. 11 without attending lecture only follow d tip above. But u need lectures for PE 1 because of operation research unless u are good in calculations.

After last night prayer, I had a 'revelational' dream. A very big wind came, all d ripe fruits on a fig tree I.e 'udara tree' in igbo lang.fell, two ran to me where I was sitting, I decide with other pple to go to d tree knowing there wl be more there. Others went empty handed but I went with a bucket, when we got to d tree there were many, only ripe one fell at a particular place, since I was d only one wt bucket I picked plenty and picked only d good and big ones. After, we went straight to church, saw that even a very old woman picked and gv hers to our pastor and I woke up. It ministered to me that as those fruits fell at a particular place, that place is here,sisters be ready for harvest of bfps and babies. The old woman that was able to pick and gv hers to d pastor, means there's no imposibility witth our God, no matter what d doctor has diagonised, its useless before our God. A wind of change has started blowing! As the 11th hour miracle is ending we are stepping into last minutes miracles and remember we hv a bucket filled with bfps and babies, it shall go round IJN!

We decided to lean on the Arm of th Lord, if HE can't do it nobody will. And if He decides not to preserve The Blessing, it doesn't make Him less of God, however we know He is more than faithful.

My update though ‘incomplete’ for now.
I assume l ovulated on CD18 or 19 of this cycle , so expected AF last Friday or Saturday. Started having signs of AF from Wednesday, on Friday nothing, on Saturday I was 100% sure it will come because all signs of it were present, went to rest room severally when l feel anything down there, Saturday went nothing, Sunday started with on and off cramps, still nothing. Till today nothing, praying it’s the 11th hour miracle in action!

My experiences and rants; need your suggestions;
-usually miscarry less than 4 days after a BFP; none of the pgs ever get to pass 6wks, the last two before the last, l was placed on progesterone shot immediately l notice brown discharge, still want ahead to miscarry; the last, l was placed on cyclogest immediately BFP still miscarried less than four days after the bfp. One of my God mothers has for long advised me not to test whenever l suspect pg, should move on as if nothing is happening and keep thanking God. Since 2wwks l have been having various attacks with the strange man,but all failed, thank God for victory! My doctor asked to see him 5days after missed period to place me on progesterone shot. I really wish to keep praying, take my prenatals and behave as if nothing is happening, if l don’t test, l wont be tempted to tell anyone. I want to TRY GOD, have tried doctors enough! I want HIS GRACE and MERCY to perfect and fight for me! Pls what do you all think?

you are right, l read to use it after conception or after ovulation, using it before ovulation is like contraceptive.

I will by God's Grace update on myself by tomorow, too busy now because l will write an 'epistle'.

Have you made personal research on Duphaston apart from what your doc told you? I was onces placed on it, same prescription with urs, after reading variously on it, l agreed with various opinions that using it from CD14 acts as contraceptive, but if you start it a day or two after ovulation, it helps as your doctor said. its given to patient with low progesterone, if your progesterone levels are ok, u dont need it!

If you have confirmed PCOS, then ur doc is not doing a good job, read Prettymoma's post.
