No, high or low prolactin has nothing to do with PCOS, though it causes annovulatory cycle like PCOS. its a function of LH & FSH ratio. Some others manifests with numerous small follicles on the ovaries or testing positive to diabetes test.

So PCOS can be diagnosed by doing hormonal test, scan or Oral Glucose tolerance test.

I read about some ladies who had hight LH & FSH ratio and got it corrected by diet change. Going natural is the best way to balance our hormone. There are many info online on this.

your LH and FSH ration is too wide. I expect your gynea to consider you as a candidate for PCOS, you may need more than clomid, pls read/discuss more with your doc on PCOS.

People may say milo because it has elements of caffine, but the answer is NO!

you may be right. cos my friend that fell victim actually went there cos her af ceased for years, she followed another friend who had fibriod issues, but she was rather traped with the excuse that she had fibriod when she has no history of fibriod, before you could say jack robbinson, they plucked out big fibriod from her, which she photoed and showed me. they put inside her vjj what they called kit and asked her to come back for more plucking without addressing the main issue that took her there. She went up to three times, spent 70k and they plucked out fibriods and showed her, wheres scan never dictated any fibriod on her. She got tired and stopped, as am writing she is carrying their supposely kit inside her. anyway she said its all lies that nothing is in there, they only used it to make u come back and bring more money. This is somewhere in sango-ota.

But my church friend's story sounds so convincing ooo, am lost jare, we must continue to open our eyes!

Pls don't mind ur doc. Personally I Oed on cd19 on most of my clomid cycles and no follicle has ever been sighted on cd12 on me before, so usually don't bother myself checking until cd15or16 if I wish to do follicle tracking. Pls don't gv up,m check again on cd16, I know they hv asked u to check back on cd14, even if they see it wl still be small and u wl be asked to come back again on cd16, if u don't mind spending d nmoney no problm shaa.

Lifestlyle change may be all u two need. How is ur weight? Start making healthy diet choices and look for good supplement for u and hubby of course not forgetting d important factor in ttc - I.e GOD!

My dear redeemersaves, you are not alone and this temptation does not make u less of a child of God unless u fall into it. Many pple didn't marry who they wished to hv married, but what u shd ask urself did u marry who God wished for u? the gynea that sent u for the test supposed to send u for the flushing if he doesnt do it. mine sent me for test and did the flushing for me. l paid 30k with my friend, my friend later used another gynea who collected 5k, did two times with the new gynea before her tubes finally opened.

Pls its not ordinary.I saw af or had se x in d dream a night befoe each mc in d Past. But in ds one it was a battle d cd3 and cd4 I talked abt. I wl share little abt it when typing wt computer. Pls be more prayeful or go for deliverance if possibl

However some ppl can actually hv such dreams and it means really nothing. But d consistency in this ur case is a call for concern!

Temp alone cannot correctly dictate O, its always gud to combine it with other method to be very sure. Is this ur first clomid cycle? Do you normally have long cycle or usually kick start ur cycle? Am not fan of kick starting cycle if l know it will still come without that procedure. I will advice give it more one wk, we need patience in this journey. All d best dear!

My prayer always is that God will visit each and every one here, when its seems too difficult as if there is no more hope is when God shows His mightiness. When your time comes, which l know is sooner than you think, He will fight every battle thats causing your delay and direct your steps to right place for solution.

Please dont look at age, its all but a number. My EDD falls in my birthday month, and l will be 38yrs by then - God will do what He says He will do!

Finally, l have learnt that infertility/miscarriages can be caused by the following reasons:
(1) Spiritual
(2) Medical
(3) Herbal
(2) Lifestyle (sometimes termed unexplained)

May God direct ur step to the direct place for solution and may HE fight all the Spiritual battles for u IJN. The era of trial and error is over in our lives IJN - every of your steps will be ordered by the LORD!

No, she is in Imo state.

So sorry, I am too busy at work today. Had wanted to update optimally on this but l will just shorten it. And if l postpone it l no say una go carry cane come wait me for doormot this evening.
So on AF supposed day, the witch no come, the next day I decided to take a HPT, for the first time in my life I got a BFP on HPT at 17DPO by my calculation!!!! Surprise of the millennium, that’s when l believe that indeed God’s hands is in it.
In my 5th week, I privately did progesterone test and my levels came back normal. So l decided not to take anything apart from the B6 and folic acid l was taking, (sorry I didn’t stop metformin completely, was taking it randomly) but stopped immediacy l got the progesterone result.
In my 7th week devil came with severe Cramps to tell me madam u know say u never pass 7 wks before, (this is a long story that will enter another CD3) but MY GOD showed His mightiness. Because of the threat at 7th week DH decided we visit hospital, l refused oo, because personally l know they don’t have solution for me, at last we went…for the first time in my life we heard our baby’s heartbeat. Immediately the sonographer said madam your baby is doing well my sisters come see me see cry, I couldn’t control myself ooo, this God is awesome!!!
Immediately we came back from the hospital l started mind battle, devil said u know say after hospital goodnews na another news dey follow, my sisters exactly two days after the hospital visit – devil came again with blood threat (another story again for CD4) my God again showed his MIGHTINESS!
During our 8th week visit, dr again prescribed baby aspirin and cyclogest as if they have ever helped in the past. Of course l rejected the prescription because l know my case is not medical! From 8th week till now l have only been using prenatal called PRONATAL.
Our last scan our baby measure 10wks4days, we saw his tiny hands and legs! I pray tears will not finish in my eyes before the birth of this angels. This God is good!
Finally we are in our 12th week and doing perfectly well, from conception till today no single negative symptoms of pregnancy, only little tiredness and bitterness in my mouth, others are shakara am doing for DH to get him do house work because he is lazy when it comes to house work
My sisters this part is a very long story that l don’t have time to share more, I may share more in the course of our everyday discussions.

I read where you asked God for 10 BFPs in april, your God indeed answered your prayers, because l got the BFP on April 3.

PLEASE LIFT UP YOUR HANDS TO THIS GOD ON MY BEHALF AND SAY A BIG THANK YOU TO HIM (who am I that HE is too mindful of me? Me that was angry and quarreling with Him after December incident? He is indeed a DADDY and a merciful God!)

…….FINALLY JESUS SPOKEN FROM HEAVEN
On Easter Sunday, after church service l dey my house dey iron cloth for Mondays work. It was my DPO14, usually have 16day luteal phase so was expecting Af in 2 days time and was very sure its gonna come, but l don scan my whole system for symptom, l couldn’t spot anything.
So that wonder evening, as l and DH dey and l dey iron, sms jump enter my phone, l read the msg from unknown phone number which says “sister udoka (my real name shaa) you have a message from JESUS, he said you should count 9 months today that HE has blessed you with the fruits of the womb, and you Udoka shall NEVER have miscarriage” fear catch me, l knelt down immediately and received the msg then showed DH and told him l want to call the number to confirm who sent the msg, he said l shouldn’t but before he could even finish, curiosity no gree me, l called the number, a male voice picked and l requested to know who he is – he said l shouldn’t bother to know about him, that what he give me was from JESUS.... so on 16dpo, the AF day......

CD2 Part A (i)

SELF MEDICATION
After all that happened in C1, my af changed, became very sweet and friendly but unfortunately very long. The first after the MC was 40days long another 47 days long. I became worried and the Spirit of TTC came upon me, l started thinking what to differently since l never done anything different since that December. I decided to try fertilaid again, went to all the places l knew it was sold, couldn’t get. Went to ask Dr. google what else to try having tried almost everything possible in the past. At last l decided to give metformin and clomid a chance. I don’t have any medical reason to take metformin oooo, l only read some ttc ladies use it to increase egg quality and l decided to join them oo but decided to take the least dose i.e ones a day and clomid least dose too. My sisters, my enemy nearly died, the only symptom I got was severe shortness of breath, I no fit tell DH wetin l dey take, and the spirit of ttc no allow me stop the metformin ooo, l however confided in a friend about the cause of my predicament incase anything happens to me enemy. Na so l manage till O and l stopped, the combination worked very well for my system, for the first time l had lots of EWCM with clomid that preseed l had wasn’t useful to me.

ME, MY PEOPLE AND THE HERB WOMAN
My people were a thorn on my flesh to come home so they can know what is causing the MCs, everybody no gree me rest, I told them l have settled with my God, but lie lie, DH even supported them – first in history DH will support herb. The December own made every member of the family to know what we have been passing thru, because of the depression l refused to travel for my siblings wedding l had already prepared myself for, my absence was very obvious, everybody got to know.
In January official trip took me to the East, l kuku take the time to reach my village. My aunt who is a grandmother took me to the woman she used while having her own children, her first child is older than me, you can imagine the old woman age.
When we got there, the old woman asked what my issue was, me l was not ready to say anything, if she claim to know, she should check me and tell me –I said in my mind. I told her mama pls check me first before we talk. As usual of them, l laid down she pressed my tommy here and there and shouted “my daughter how many miscarriages have you had? Me: mama five. She was so angry why they never bundled me home all these years. Shesaid l have ‘Oke Ehi a.k.a Orinwa (these are igbo names, don’t know the English names ; pls look for interpreter around you –lol-) She said there is no how l can carry pregnancy full term, that immediately implantation takes place, the Orinwa will fight it instantly. She gave me root herb to cook and one like vegetable to pound, sieve out the water to cook pepper soup yam for me and DH. I came back to Lagos cooked as directed, we took it for about 8 days, she said that’s all we needed, that after that we should look up to God for children that she is done with her treatment. I paid only a token.

CD2 starts tomorrow - ALERT!!! the tori is not ending tomorrow ooo, so abegi una to have patience - am saying everything that happened to me - no reservations!

PART A(II) OF CDI


ME, MY GOD AND MY DREAM
In December my church requested we write five prayer points for the New Year, I didn’t know what came over me, l started listing all the unimaginable good things God has done for me, after l told him HE can hold on and this is my time for children, l cant continue carrying over the issue of children year in and year out. After of life and good health, I asked Him for ONLY children in 2013! Also every Sunday this year was declared holy communion day in my church, the first for the year, l took it with every seriousness in me, I told him to flush out whatever that’s causing my the miscarriage.
The night after the first holy communion of the year, l had a dream, l was using the rest room, then l felt something came out of me but l didnt mind whatever it could have been. A shadow entered the rest room and asked if l didn’t know that something came out me. I was like but am using the toilet now, so something should come out, the shadow instructed that l get up and check what came out. I stood up looked into the toilet behold it was filled with blood. In my mind l was like am l having another miscarriage? A voice told me, but you are not pregnant how can you have miscarriage, and ordered that l bring stick to check what fell in. I was reluctant, the shadow took a stick, deep into the toilet and brought out what look exactly like lizard, that was the end of the dream, when l woke up l woke up with the dream and the meaning in my spirit – its says, what came out is what has been causing you miscarriage!

To be contd later today, i wish to conclude this part so we can enter part B tomorow. abegi no beat me ooo, i still be una sister, whatever we go hear the end soon.

THE LAST MISCARRIAGE
Its no longer news that l lost the last pregnancy on Dec 6, at almost 7weeks. It was the worst miscarriage of my life. I was in pain for three days without bleeding , they took blood to check my hcg level, it was only 300 – when it supposed to be in thousands at that stage. Doctor concluded that whatever that’s causing me the miscarriage starts as soon as implantation takes place. On the 4th day l started bleeding and lost the baby finally on the 6th of December. During those days of agony and pains, l said lots of unimaginable things, l told God to kill me instead of allowing me go thru any other miscarriage in my life, my sisters l said a lot that DH was almost closing my mouth. But l kept on and on. I went into DEEP depression, life meant nothing to me any longer. I stopped praying and decided never to go anywhere any longer for prayers , because l felt it doesn’t work.
After the miscarriage, my doctor decided to run a comprehensive check to see if the actual cause would be found. I did the following tests: T3,T4,TSH (thyriod level) OGTT, HBAIC (diabetes I and II) and urine analysis, all these came back good. I did HVS outside, it showed moderately growth of candida and e-coli, DH sperm showed moderate growth of staph, we were given antibiotics.
The gynea was tired of the situation when all the results in his office came back normal, according to him I have done all possible tests l needed to do, except one, l can’t remember the name; he said can only be done abroad and it will cost 350k.
