morning: one pear with water
afternoon: ofada rice+moimoi+fish and fruit salad as dessert
night: stemmed vegetable (green) with fish. a handful of chin-chin and peanut.

If you can take the pain, l strongly advice tghe flushing too. I had once be diagonised with insignificant fibriod, got it cleared with herbs, the herb worked for me because it was just seedling, it didnt work for my friend whose fibroid was already matured, she later went for surgery.

Someone told me she used cleanshield to shrink her fibroid, and another friend who is now pregnant swear the same cleanshield did the magic for her, cuz she hard stomach problem for years, with cleanshield she got her healing and got pregnant too.

It balances the PH level in the body, for those with BV, you can read more about this drug abi na drink.
I never use am ooo and not recommending it, but there are alots of success story on it online.

lol @happy 2ww and symptom spotting. Am CD22 today, surprise! surprise!! l never spot any symptom this cycle, cant really say when l Oed, maybe CD18/19 or even CD12/13 loll. l no understand myself this cycle, only praying for the 11th hour miracle to locate me and us!

just read ur hsg post. For me that result is not conclusive, one cannot really say whats happening, there may be little problem down there, but definately not a complete blocked tubes.

I dont think so, wanted to point it out from Shiloh's post, I may be wrong though. To the best of my knowledge its only HSG that can detect the condition of the tubes.

Olori/belolved is right, some people claim B6 lengthens their luteal phase, personally l think it does that if you have luteal phase defect, but if your luteal phase is ok, it doesnt alter it from personal experience though. I used it to lower high prolactin, it did just that without altering my already correct luteal phase, i will even say it shorten my follicular phase which was way too long! but dont take more than 50 m.g per day since its otc.

Mrs.Kemo has done justice to ur vitex question. Its a great herp, l recommend it anytime any day, if you have hormonal imbalance. But dont abuse it, intially it caused me swellings and itching skin, with consistent use, it stoped.

thanks my people. I was rushed to the hospital, it was actually food poision, was placed on drugs and asked not to eat last night. Wake up this morning feeling 99% ok. I bless the name of the Lord,devil has lost the battle!

I noticed brown spotting yesterday evening CD16, nothing this morning. Can it be ovulation, but l dont have midcycle spotting again. Had it early this year when l had terrible hormonal imbalance. Really confused.

i can understand your excitement. I started in April and lost 8k, then did church fasting this month, loskt 2kg (from 88kg to 78kg). in total 10kg and menhnn am too proud of myslef. Have already got myself new sets of trousers. Looking slim is a good business ;lolss.

what works most in weight control is food control (portion control) Me think its food that makes us fat...though some people will say they dont et and still get fat, we need to watch the junks!

A very close friend (not really friend, becuase am very much older than him, but he sees me as a big sister) he got married abt a year ago, still TTC. He said he has erectile dyfunction, and its causing lots of havoc in the married, he married a very pretty small pawpaw, who is not even ready for marriage then coupled with this problem..infact the poor boy is living in hell.
He went to see a doc, he was prescribed Levitra and Seroxat...google research is not talking well about these drugs, the side effect is out of this world, seroxat according to some victims caused them brain damaged and some other nasty experiences.
My question is, is there any other lighter drug or natural remedy to this problem? And these drugs are not permanent solution, its something he has to be living on, then for how long? Again the drugs are too expensive, levitra is about N6k and only 4 tablets. infact l dont know how to advice him, pls share your opinion.

yes ooo, but if the fasting finally ends, l fit add the weight back ooo, e bi like say na by force WL hehehe. Anyway, l didnt fast last week because l was on period, but his week na only morning food l dey skip. My only prayer is to maintain it ooo. The total WL from April till now is 10kg.
