the way u talk, one will think u are obese. l did your bmi calculation. you are 26.4 - normal range is 18 -25. meaning you are slightly overweight. As at last sunday my bmi was 28.0, b4 we started this program in April l was 31.somthing, thank God for deliverance from obese region.

l thought am alone with having leftover foods in the fridge for long. Sometimes l force myself to eat what l dont want, so that it doesnt spoil. When these bundles of joy come, it will be a new ball game. Cant wait to buy a loaf of bread and it finishes almost immedidately

welcome to your bfp cycle. But why does ur doc prescribe two times a day.. pls read online about this prescribtion. I am not comfortable with it, one of the gynea l used in the past did this style, it didnt work for me anyway, l changed it subsequently.

Amen my sister. I believe in God's delivering power. After the one month midnight prayer plus deliverance l did with holy anger after the last miscarriage, the sex in the dream stopped, because apart from him sleeping with me during conception, it also happens when am not pregnant. It feel so real, that sometimes l will be awake, just that l cant move or resist him. when l gain my consciousness, l will see that am wet as if l did have fun in real life..my sisters it was that bad!!!

I bellieve he is dead forever!

I hardly say this, but l will say it here, so we can all learn and believe that some things are real, even though science try to have explanation to them: Whenever l concieve, a certain man usually comes to sleep with me in my dream, anytime this happens, the next day will start with bleeding. This has been the battle all these years, which l trust God has given me victory this time around. Thats why l know for sure l need God/prayers more than doctors/drugs. Sure Doctors will always have explanation to all the miscarriages, it to me its spiritual.

My pastor raised a prayer point last sunday, that made a great impact to me:
psm 125:3 - its says, the rod of the wicked shall not rest upon the lots of the righteous, hence they righteous put their hands into iniquity.

The rod of the wicked is all the evils of the world, i.e barrenes, miscarraige, sickeness, poverty etc, when these comes upon one, and u try all you can to get a solution without result, if care is not taken, you start looking for solution at wrong places e.g native doctor, false prophet etc.

So when you pray command every rod of barreness, low fluid count, hormonal imbalance, etc out of your life...they bible says the shall NOT rest upon us, so they need to obey that instruction from God.

I dont know why ur doc and nurse said its normal. If you can afford to see a gynea pls do, or do do a hormonal profile test, that will show for sure if your hormones are well balanced. High prolactin is what l can think of of for now that causes brea.st milk to come out when its not supposed to. you can even google about it on the net.

its not normal.it hormonal inbalance - i suspect your prolactin level is high. Kindly do a hormonal profile to know exactly whats up. how is ur period like? are you having problem conceiving?

as the first person said, change ur envrionment as well as ur phone no, email address, face book.. any contact of yours they have change or stop using them.

I have noticed since the last cycle that my pms has drastically reduced, when the prolactin was high, l usually have nip.ple pain immediately after O till Af shows, last cycle l had mild pain 2 days to AF. For this cycle am about 8dpo no single nip.ple pain!. It means high prolactin was causing those pains.

My good church member friend who has been ttc since 2005 is about two months pregnant now. Eko hosptial told her and DH that the only solution for them is IVF. Sometime this year she got pregnant for the first time and miscarried. She said the woman who treated her placed her on numerous drips. After the MC her pastor neighbour told her God said the only solution to her infertility is Deliverance, after that MC she had no option than to follow the pastor's option of deliverance, she did 3 days dry fasting, that same month she conceived. This means some of these infertility issues are spiritual while some are medical..Thank God we are combining all these together.

it would have been good to join you to start the diet again, but you can start, l know many pple will join you. We started a month fasting in my church.. as at yesterday l weight 80kg from 81.5kg when we started the fast this month. Am trusting God to get to 75kg before the end of the fast.

That is while you are called Mighty God!!!

Yesterday l felt very sharp pain in my ovaries and today i have been having mild cramps in my ovaries and legs...abegi make una aswer am l pregnant? or is it implantation cramps and pain...Again, l have been feeling sleepy, almost sleeping in the bus on my way to work these days which is unusal for me (no mind me l dey do night prayers which has reduced my hours of sleep) make una answer ooooo am i pregnant. we must spot these symptoms be fire by force lol

I should be Dpo5 or 6 today

Injectibles, are injections given to induce ovulation, with different brands and names, your dr will guide you if you are to go by that.

Personally the day you take doesnt really mean much in terms of egg quality, any day that works for one is just RIGHT for that person. There is no 'gooder' or 'badder' day to start from in as much as the days fall within the right days to start it. My advice is go by the day your doctor prescribed, if monitored and u didnt ovulate, maybe you can change the starting day.

sorry BD to CD19 and relax, i used my own system cuz i did cd5-9, i guess u did cd3-7. As hebrewwoman said, you can ovulate on clomid cycle without the pains.

Everybody react differently to these drugs, The EWCM is a good sign for you, with clomid l dont have EWCM but the pains, severe than when without. Continue BD till CD21 then wait for your testimony!

congrats on your positive scan result. make sure you are up to 14wks before stopping the progesterone if your dr bent on stopping you this early, i will personally suggest, you wean off it, instead of stopping at onces. God will surely perfect what He has started in ur life!

but low dopamine causes high prolactin. bromocriptine helps in increasing the dopamine level, hences lowers the prolactin. from personal research B6 produces dopamine as well as food rich in B6. Ewedu is very rich in B-vitamins combining it with natural B6 really did the work for me. dont add oil to the ewedu soup.

I collected the last prolactin result last friday, to God be all the glory my levels have normalised to 17.3 from previous 25.3. My doctor's normal range is 3.5 - 24.5. I really appreciate God, it means the B6 with Ewedu recipe worked wonders for me than the bromocriptine and even the vitex l took months ago.

I asked the doc about the sore throat and immune issues/NK cell, he said l shoudnt bother myself, that l dont have such problem. That he believe l have discomfort in my throat, but the discomfort is not sore throat, that sore throat supposed to give me white batches and sore on my tongue also affect my swallowing, which is not the case with me. He said if vit C works for me l should continue, but will advice me to go without any drug if the discomfort is not much, because that time is a delicate time when certain drugs are not really good!
He said l should go and concieve that all is well with me, he will place me on treatment as soon as l get my BFP.

How are you doing and ur LO? Pls are you still taking the B6? am asking because my dr isnt the one that placed me on it, he discourage it, saying most food we eat have it, so he doesnt subscribe supplementing it. I thank God l went ahead with it, because it has really worked for the purpose. Let me know what ur dr is saying about it and whether u are continuing after ur BFP.

Its well with you. But how come he didnt see the already released follicles again? I never heard of it, only heard that a follicle refuses to grow, not really dispearing or reducing in sieze, unless he says u have ovulated before the 2nd scan, which is possilbe!
All the same l wish u all the best with the metformin.

my update
I didnt do the follicle scan on saturday as l said. finished late from the program l went for. However, l had serious O pain on CD18,19 &20, can say for sure when l Oed since l didnt monitor myself.

Among other advices already given to omonikiba on sper.m flowing back, l'll suggest deep penetration before eja..culation, and stay on bed up to 30minutes before getting up. We only need one sper.my for the conception and not all the millions
