A corrupt GTB staff who specializes in stealing money from domant accounts probably assumed to belong to a dead person, then decided to strike the account.

ANOTHER WAY IS:
Somebody close to her, who has access to her phone, did this to her.

You need to write two abatement notice. One to the network provider and the other to the bank.

Make your complain that you do not wish to keep recieving the alerts.




Ensure both letters are acknowledged and keep your acknowledged copies.

That will save you huge stress in the future.

who ever the agent or marketer covering your area is in good position to help you. talk him into helping you out with it. even at times some agents go back to their office telling them to inflate the bill.
