No offence - but educational investments without the prerequisite networks is wasted effort in today's society.
The way out is simple, keep applying, make it a habit to apply for at least 5 jobs every day. Call your more successful peers, resist the temptation to beg for monetary help... Instead ask for referrals on companies/organisations that are hiring, believe me you, they always know!

In all honesty, your chances are slim. However, if you can afford to, start ICAN asap - forget about pgdm, mba and the likes. ICAN, increases your chances of getting that dream job... Because in a nutshell accounting is simply documenting income and expenditure, and the attendant options of being proficient in procurement, taxation, fleet management/Logistics and even problem solving skills can be an added advantage.

Secondly, enterpreneurship is another option but I can deduce that you've challenges raising start up capital if not you would have tried something after your youth service.
