learning graphic designing is quite easy, but the most important thing is to be able to be creative, but if you want to learn graphics here are what you'll do

1. Get yourself a Laptop (2 gig at least or more whith duo core processor) the faster the better
2. Go to Ikeja (computer village) and get all the photoshop and corel video tutorials you can find. they cost 200 per DVD but check the disc face to be sure you are not getting empty dvd
3. get internet connection, starcomms has no data limits so you can be able to visit graphic sites and download tutorials
4. make out time to practice and practice alot

that will get you started in learning graphics

well learning 3D is not quite easy, because initally your brain tries to balance both (you learn 3d and forget a little photoshop) anyway here is what I do, I convert the video tutorial into mobile size and upload it to my phone and watch it alot then I practice. although 2 screen will work well too, just keep at it, its rewarding. have you seen my japanese sword render?

photoshop action scripts are just a set of pre stated command, if you tell me which action script you are looking for then I can get it for you.

I assume that you run both programs in thier default color modes which means that photoshop is in RGB mode while corel draw is in CYMK, CYMK has less colors than RGB and when you import photoshop background to coreldraw corel tries to match it with CYMK with results in poor output. there are two work arounds

1. Set photoshop color mode to CYMK before you start work: the downside of this is that you have less colors to work with but it will be consistent with corel draw
2. Set Corel draw color mode to RGB. this will retain your original color from photoshop but if the printer is not skilled in color mixing the output color most of the time will not match.

I will suggest you use the first option so as to have consistent color all through.
