Nigerians are such disgusting hypocrites. I don't know her and she doesn't know me, but if Davido was some ordinary dude, who would hate on Chioma so much? So he doesn't have the right to have a girlfriend and show off her again abi?
Most of her haters are just jealous jobless girls. Women have been dragging each other down since the stone age. Would they have refused Davido if he had come for them? true that hating for nothing one she goat on this forum was even saying that she will do rejoice when the relationship scatters What kind of people are these bikonu? |

We remember what Obi said about Yorubas. We remember how he derided Yorubas and spoke of us like lepers.
We remember how he called Lagos no man's land.
We remember the insults on Yorubas in the ACN and the insults on Awolowo's legacy.
Yorubas would treat would Obi exactly how he treated Yorubas. |

@OP, please follow your mind. I have been to most part of these countries and the standard of living is good but if you have good thing you are doing in Nigeria I don’t see any reason for you to relocate.
To anyone that care to listen: Nigeria is not a shithole. If you call Nigeria a shithole so shall it be for you and the rest of your family still living in the country. Stop the negativity. Our leaders are bad!!! we all know that but your negativity would not heal the country either. Nigeria and indeed most countries in the developing countries bracket are $hitholes there is no need to sugar coat it if one who has an slowpoke as a brother is told that he has an slowpoke as a brother, no lie was told. I think we need to be truthful to ourselves among other nationalities I try to defend and pancake things (like I always do) but then, among us Nigerians we need to tell ourselves the truth |

Because if they don't use share reconstruction, rights issue, and other tools to bring down the price, it will be a case of one greedy/incompetent management team using the company to japaul riches to himself. abbyode: If you understand what standard of living is, you will not think twice before you relocate to Canada. Leaving out poverty mentality aside, N7M per annum is not a big deal. More importantly, the best investment you can give your kids is a world class education. My two cents, pack your bags and move to Canada. true that tho many who thought they were solid and all (fooling themselves with the few millions they have) prior to to 2015/2016 got the rug pulled off their feet due to the massive job losses and useless policies of that old fool we have in aso rock now now to get a job of that level was very hard, and for the business men, the dollar impasse killed of many of them Many have been rendered destitute in a very short time And the worst part is when this happens, you are done for because the govt don T give a Bleep about you, nor do safety nets exists to take care of you Then as for their kids going to over prices sub standard schools, they can no longer meet up with the exorbitant fees, so they have to withdraw them A lot of people here never see some thing but it's okay, everyone has his choice to make. but if I'm the op, you better leave the $hithole, especially if you don't have kids yet |

Believe33: I wanted not to comment in this topic but reading how desperate people are in travelling overseas have reversed my initial decision. I will not advice OP but will like him/her to make decision relating to himself. Before you intend to consider abandoning your 7million job to relocate to Canada, there are many things you need to consider. Remember, many people have moved to overseas and returned back. Check our politicians, lecturers, Oil workers etc. They have all lived overseas and moved back to stay in Nigeria. So it boils down to what you as a person like. Earning 7 million annually in Nigeria, you are considered a rich man not average. What type of life do you want to live. Over there, social life is limited, your problem belongs to you and your family, hardly see who to talk with, boring, Nigerians calling you every minutes to send money whether you have it or not, even when you are begging for money, they don't care. Even if you are sick in the hospital, that is not their business, you must send money, even those who know you or not will ask for money. Your profession become useless over there, you have to start from scratch and might end up changing career. What type of family do you have, hope your wife will like to move back to Nigeria as most of the women like it overseas because both of you will share duties. Remember, no house help, and you cannot leave your kids alone in the house, either you or your wife have to stay behind until some certain age, or they are in school and you got to drop and bring them back, depending on the type of job you do. You cant start making money immediately, you got to be a gradual process. I hope you are ready to allow you kids remain in Canada for their entire life as they are not returning any more to live in Nigeria. So it is lies on you and what you want. Every thing is not about money. The most important thing is what will make you and your family happy. I have a lot of people who are not interested travelling to live overseas, so you will not say that they are stupid, that's the type of life they want and will not condemn some one because they want to live overseas. Make more enquiries before you make a move, you can equally visit for couple of weeks without resigning from you work so as to gather more information and witness the environment as well. Good luck with your findings. you have a point sha but then, everyone to his own I personally don't want my kids having any connection to Nigeria And when my parents die? my own connection to Nigeria is also severed (for some reason, they still want to remain in Nigeria, good for them) One has to look at things before leaping |

Englishboy: I'M A LIL BIT ANGRY(MY FRUSTATIONS)
My Parents worked so hard to raise us well and to give us the best in Life. I used to imagine and wish having my own house and 5 cars parked in my compund( EOD, EVIL SPIRIT, MUSCLE, PENCIL AND VENZA each one serving different purposes), I used to tell my friends rushing abroad that "I will stay in this Nigeria and make it big time"..
Jan to Aug 20xx is the day i can never forget, it was during my nysc and infact I have never experienced that kind of sufferness in my life. my friend and I wld buy 6 groundnuts and 1 sugar to drink garri everyday to the extent I became a well know customer there. Along the line Mr A and Mr B came to my rescue.
They housed me, fed me for free(they saved me from sufferness) and treated me like their own blood. As time goes by, I realised my WISH and IMAGINATIONS are washing down the drain and that was why i took a step of faith in seeking for greener pastures.
Sept 20xx, I saw little money after my first Visa denial and I was telling my friend that I will stay in Nigeria and make it in life(Of course I was fooling myself), My Parents are retired and inturn looking up to us(their life investment) but I myself was looking onto God.
Jan 2 20xx, I left Nigeria and some people on fbk messenger will be asking me when am I coming home all the time? My question is HOME TO DO WHAT? I have known people that has spent over 5 year in America that never came home to settle down, You are saying me should come back home.
I lived in a small town and Just moved to Chicago. Chicago wey Obesere dey use sing back in those days wey i dey always dream of, I never spend up to 30 days here feeling the real america and pple are saying I should come home. Do they have something for me at home or just acting like my Village people?
America that I stepped my foot on rekindle my hope that my wish CAN still come true and it WILL come true. America has changed my thinking and it still changing my thoughts to "NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE".With God all things are possible.
I used to pass through O'Hare Airport and admire those airplanes A380 and 747 but i have never once imagine myself in that plane coming to Nigeria. My real Nigeria is in America. America even without $1, I get hope i will eat 3 meal a day, something I can never guarantee in Nigeria without money, America that has made me realised I can be whatever I can be without cutting corners. A day job in America is some people 2 months salary in Nigeria
My answer to you people asking me when am I coming home is simple. I and Nigeria are like parallel lines(for now). I ain't coming nowhere. I have endured sufferness in Nigeria, when it gets better, I will only come and reap the sweetness and come back here again. I HAVE SUFFERED ENOUGH IN NIGERIA.. Tell your leaders to fix up Nigeria. I even sleep in a house without burglary proof without any fear.
I am full blooded Nigerian but God Bless America.
Apologies to people living in Nigeria but I gave up on Nigeria loong time ago.
Thanks to my american wife that took me out on Nigeria
Signed thank God for your life o |

rinzaugustine: Most Americans will never do those kind of jobs for those wages.Deporting them means that employers will be forced to raise wages to like 14-15$ per hour for Americans to do such hard job and the end result is prices of everything going up and if the market is not strong enough to contain the high prices, another inflation might hit this country. If that happens[God forbid]the prices of shares will crash, people will default and loose their mortgages and the rich men will buy up everything from the poor so that when people vote in democrats again and economy improves ,those men must have made a whole lot of money in profit. That's one of the ways people become rich in this country true that |

The causative effect of intels alone led to the birth of other companies that feed off intels.
Also do consider that certain forms of employment include temporary employment opportunities.
Me wey dey hustle for street, in the cause of certain projects I’ve employed over 100 persons at different times or temporary basis, talk more of Atiku.
The ripple effect of one of his projects could involve several teams who will adopt and employ idle hands both on a long term and short term basis.
Note, he did not say
I have employed 50000 persons.
He said
His projects have generated over 50k jobs.
If you even know Spyder88 on Nairaland’s housing section, he has employed thousands of hands on various building projects.

Not all of us have the privilege of having capital to establish our ideas but when you are determined to make it happen, you source for capital and add value to yourself, then you can help your society.ere is no better future for my kids other than working hard, showing them how to give back to the society. Talking about Indians and co, mostly Indians are economic migrants, they migrate to another country, establish their business, improve the economy of host countries but same can’t be said about Nigerians. Indians, Lebanese and Chinese are trooping in to Nigeria to establish their various businesses here, I know that Nigeria situation is not that good but few of those people that is making it outside the country are not helping the situation also, coming back home to lavish money on frivolities, showing off, not to give back to the community.
