Your sister is very naive if she allowed herself to be scammed, you can't get a cleaning job in Australia or any developed country from Nigeria.

When those scammers collect the little she has her eyes will be opened.
that's what I thought too

Australia have enough illegal immigrants to do any form of cleaning

Why would they need to fly anyone, not to be a pilot or an aeronautics engineer, but a cleaner

A CLEANERhuh

Wickedness of the black man to his brother

scammers will not go unpunished

I find the story a little strange too , but I believe there are some pictorial evidence of the Man scammed on the other thread.

The truth is that majority of these "one man travel agents" in Nigeria are basically scammers or hungry salesmen trying to present most below average overseas countries to unsuspecting customers as little paradise on earth..

No matter how rich one maybe, traveling overseas requires a period of settling down as one is basically starting a new life.......

but the task of settling in a foreign land can be made extra difficult without the necessary documents needed to search for a means of livelihood, especially in a poor country like the one the late op went to.

The aforementioned seems to be the problems of most Nigerians and while some might survive it, others might not be so lucky..
And we don't have authorities to arrest these criminals? huh

I remember one agent trying to sell Oman to my towns man years ago
thankfully he did not fall, but it's greed

We can complain about how terrible whites ot Arabs are to blacks, but it is our wicked brothers that are trafficking us to these people in the first place

Diplomat from sub Saharan Africa were even implicated in the slave camps in Libya.

Why are our people so wicked?
Why have they lost all morality?

Selling your people into slavery hundreds of years back now trafficking them in the 21st century?

shame

Stay in your country and fight so it gets better, but some buffons won't listen. They'd rather die as slaves and low lifes in white people's country.

Oh i need a visa....oh travelling out is the only way......oh i can only get rich if i travel out........oh people pack money on streets in europe........oh i'll rather be homeless in the uk than die without electricity in Nigeria. What a crock!

It is not necessarily better in white people's country than our country! Yes, there is no electricity here, but you may end up in white man's country and don't even have a house to stay to enjoy electricity.

Majority who go there do not succeed, regardless of the fake image and lies they present to people back home. Most Nigerians who live outside are depressed, have very low-self esteem due to things not working out as they thought, and they don't have money. Some with jobs live from paycheck to paycheck and some even collect government food handouts to survive.

That is why some of them have to steal and traffic drugs to survive. Again, you may land in white people's country but you may not still be able to drive Uber, do CNA work, deliver food, or wok as a security guard!

I hope lessons like this and what happens in Libya enlightens ignorant Nigerian youth to the fact that Americans and Europeans did not run away from their country to do slave labor in other people's country, for their country to be what it is today. They stayed and built it themselves!

If you don't have a job and you're not from lagos or abuja, go back to your village and use your family land to engage in farming as a business. Everyone must eat, so you will sell your farm produce, create a rewarding employment for yourself, and forget about office jobs because we don't have that in Nigeria.

Instead of travelling out to die or become homeless, engage yourself in agribusiness here and you will not go hungry, and your life will be more meaningful and rewarding.

May Idoko find what he was looking for in Kazakhstan, in the world beyond.
don't say what you don't know

When Ireland and Italy were shitholes, their people fled in their millions

There are more people of Irish ancestry living in America alone than in the whole of Ireland.
st Patrick's day is their holiday.
when you now add Canada, U.K. and continental Europe, those of Irish ancestry are four times more than rhisr in Ireland.
but those who did not does eventually made something out of the country for themselves; while those who are out decided to stay or leave
'
Nigeria is not in a good shape and will not be for 20 years at least (if Nigeria could not not good in over 50 years; what makes you think it will change magically in 5 years grin)

so every youth out there should think and make hard decisions on either to stay or to flee.
Your agribusiness is a good idea, and for tge youths who want to do that, they can key into that.

The ones who cam do crowd funding and raise money for some other business can also try that.

those who have decided to flee should take calculated risks while doing so.

its painful how this young man died tho

People saying " start a business " here have obviously not been running business in Nigeria. People that borrowed to start farming and get murdered by herdsmen nko? Their lands burned. A colleague that lost his banking job started farming and was recently murdered by herdsmen let us not talk about crazy taxes here and you have to provide everything yourself. Light water security everything.

Stop talking as if running a business here is beans

how can the sixth largest oil exporter be in such state

Okay, let's assume Nigeria is the giant if Africa, why are out diplomats and government not negotiating a visa free deal or at least reciprocal visa on arrival program with many other countries. Nigeria and Brazil has similar clout, but Brazil has been able to negotiate better deals with reciprocity with other countries, especially the EU bloc

I use God of god's beg u. There is nothing presidential about Buhari.

In a society full of merit, Buhari can never ever win a class rep election.

Buhari does not have charisma, his grammar is poor, his choice of words and usage are bad. He is not flexible, he doesnt know how to relate with the masses, he hardly talks to Nigerian press, he mode of walking is village like, he is not smart, he doesn't look smart, he talks like a bush man. Look at that video where he was interviewed in US, I guess, simple questions asked by journalists, his answers were so unintelligent.

It is difficult to get Buhari to speak without a written script bedside he doesn't have anything tangible to talk about.

Buhari is not someone u can look at and get inspired. He doesn't have this thing, this spark, this energy to be a president. He is not a presidential material.

Religion and ethnic sentiments and rigging made buhari to win. If Buhari had been an American citizen, he can't even win a class rep election.
Will zombies hearhuh?

I am creating this thread for those who had been denied visa before to share their experiences about how they felt and was able to move on with their lives after they were denied Visa.

Here is mine;
I got a US study visa denial by December,2017, but the effect of that 5mins interview is yet to go away. After spending lots of money on school application fee, Sevis fee, courier charges, Visa fee,etc and spending months to prepare for the interview, it took less than 5mins for all to go down the drain.
Standing in front of the VO after the news of my denial, I was just stunned, with lots of things going through my mind. I felt rejected and dejected, I have never been meant to feel that way in my whole life.
Returning home from Lagos to my city empty handed was even more painful. It was a long and tortuous journey. Frustration and depression made the journey farther than it ought to be.
Moving on was really difficult for me, whenever I think of the incident it affects my mood and makes me feel sad.

I know a lot of people have been through this road before, it would be nice to share your experience so that others can learn.
did they state why you were denied?
