An igbo woman is an upgrade to whatever they are used to in their part of Nigeria.

It is like a Nigerian married to a Latino. It is an upgrade.

Deportation is deportation
true

but deportation to Canada which is also a G7 country cannot be the same as being deported to a shithole like Nigeria

Americans get deported from Australia a lot too

but deportation to a scatter scatter republic is more depressing

Homogeneity can be underrated.

Japan is a homogeneous culture. It is not a cultural, ethnic or religious diversity.

I don't even think muslims are allowed in.

All these factors contribute.
China is overwhelmingly homogenous too, why are they the way they are?

Arab countries are overwhelminglyhomogenous as well

what of Sri Lanka?

If you have national values, you have, if not you don't

it does not have much to do with homogenity
I know where you are going; D grin

juxtaposing it with the Nigerian case

That's not true

most Nigerians are brought up badly

Beating children like goats and giving them inhumane punishments is NOT the way to raise kids in the right ways

Is instilling values into your kids and LIVE BY EXAMPLE is what matters

NIGERIAN parents will flog the hell out of theur kids for lying to them, but will be the same person to tell their kids to tell the man at the door that they are not home, while they are in the bedroom

That's one example out of so so many examples

How about the way the maids are mistreated by theue parents in their presence? You have instilled in them through that, that it isok to maltreat those You consider under you

What about the brazen show of glorifying immoral wealth?
The kids are watching and learning

Nigeria is a bad place to raise kids

If Nigerians can only imbibe this cleanliness culture, our society would have been cleaner.

They will drink pure and throw the searchet on the street, even bottle water on the high way when on a journey...those selling by the road side will gather all their family dirt and throw in the run way or drainage system hoping for the heavy downpour to sweep off.

This country is really something else... Go to my University where I graduated, everywhere is clean,in fact, you can even sit on the flour..waste bins are provided and students are disposing waste in there daily... Why this country?

Cleanliness is next to Godliness.

So you see the rot in this country is the people, not just the government

The way people behave and conduct themselves in that country is appalling
