E be like say some of una no dey see road... He had 5 Credits, including maths and English, and that is the key requirement for admission.
You can study economics, and a few other management courses.. Read the jamb brochure for requirements for specific schools, all the best bro/sis, and prepare to work harder because the road ahead is bumpy, take that from me. |

Harzontorh: Yeah i am a Nigerian-Ivoirian. Born in Côted’Ivoire, living in abidjan and other states since day 1, holidays in 9ja. Mother from Nigeria. Am an African traveler, So i know very well about both countries. My great article on my travel story through west africa is still under construction.
So back to your question, since Ivorycoast is a french-speaking country, the chances of you getting a job in that field is low if you dont have any certificate in french. so i advice you to enroll your self into a good french class when you get to Abidjan and go for DELF exam. ( Diplome etude en langue française ) or you should do A Level Bac in french at alliance français.
You can still get a job, if the company olis desperate in employment and recruitment or probably with luck. Salut Mon Frère Tu es alle au Burkina avant? ou Mali? Ça me rend très heureux que tu donnes conseiller ici... C'est très bien.. Je voudrais demander quelque chose.. Finalement, j'aime bien Abidjan. |

DedeNkem: You're right. Unfortunately northerners have too much power in Nigerian politics because they looted two-third of the oil earnings since the 60s!
So they've large stocks of cash shipped to many secret bank accounts all over the world and they're ready to spend any amount money to keep their dominance in politics alive and strong. That's the unfortunate truth.
Notherners are the most uneducated, most corrupt and most incompetent in anything regarding leadership, but they were smart to maintain their dominance in politics, a gift the colonial british gave them before leaving.
Britain knew northerners were useless and could not compete with the rest of the country in anything. That was why they hand Nigeria over to the north, which ultimately led to the destruction of Nigeria.
So I don't blame Orji Uzor Kalu, his doing what any smart person would - to have as many northern kingmakers as possible to his side because I believe he wants to contest in the next presidential election. And you can't become president of this country without being backed northerners political heavyweights. If you get them behind you, they will drag yorubas behind them. So why do you think that the British, according to you gsve them the power. |

iomoge2: Imagine a son you sent to school with a fees of 1.5million a year, comes back after his mates graduated and tell u he was told to leave because he didn't pass. This happened in year two n he continued collecting your money without saying.
This is someone whose accommodation is 400k yearly, feeding and all that over 300k yearly and he is studying Aeronautical Engineering.... This course is not in Nigeria so u had to source foreign currency to send him to school.
He finally comes back and at 22 bringing all sort of girls to your house when u go out claiming he is a pastor. Not knowing that without schooling he can't be a respected pastor.
When all he is interested in is carrying women n breaking up with them. The girls are even wiser n have all gone to date serious guys.
Someone who refused to follow you to your place of work where you make money to send him to school - Pure water factory - instead sleeps at home all day.
Someone who before you open mouth to talk to, he says it's his life.
Someone who has no respect for anyone.....
Please o, is it not to arrange better beating for him? Or what else can u do?
Now he claims he has seen another school in UK. Whereas he wasted your money schooling in Ghana (KNUST) with nothing to show for it. Ghana that was easier to pop into. Now it's UK that u may not see him for another 50years he is gunning for.
Well, I have told him, he can go n sell his kidney to go to UK I am done assisting my parents to send him to school. Smh. If na that one, is to stop giving him money I That one has become a wasteful man |

igboboy3: The only reason Northerners preach "One Nigeria" is because of the oil in the SS. It is their lifeblood and they know it
You see why Buhari devoted 40bn to finding oil in Lake Chad.
Once Lake Chad drilling commences in earnest, northerners will suddenly want to divide Nigeria. Those who say "One Nigeria" is non-negotiable will start shouting "Divide Nigeria"
This country is a game, only the wise are aware
