Health › Myths And Facts About Weight Loss Supplements by UjSizzle(op): 7:52am On Oct 02, 2012
People with extra weight often resort to weight loss
supplements and appetite suppressants ,believing that pills will be the easy solution to obesity. In fact, excess weight is generally accumulated over many years and cannot simply be eliminated with a miracle pill. Every dieter should be aware that he or she needs to put some time and effort into weight loss, and combine a balanced diet with a workout plan to lose a few pounds per month.
Appetite suppressants may reduce hunger, but all of the available pills have side effects. Some of the side effects include nervousness and sleeplessness, which can be counter-productive to effective weight loss. In order to lose weight effectively and keep the pounds off, a person needs to change their lifestyle and eating habits for the long term.
Many people claim that green tea is an
effective, natural diet supplement that will promote weight loss. However, green tea contains caffeine and this makes people more
alert and active, so any associated weight loss may be a consequence of increased activity. It's important to know that even non-prescription weight loss pills or natural appetite suppressants may have side effects. Even though the pills or supplements may initially lead to weight loss, once they are discontinued, the dieter may gain back some pounds by reverting to the habits that caused the weight gain in the first place.
The safest way to lose weight is to eat right eat less, and exercise daily, and plan on maintaining this routine even after the extra pounds are gone.
Health › Re: How Do I Loose Stomach Fat? by UjSizzle(f): 7:30am On Oct 02, 2012
Drugs and crunches cannot make u lose stomach fat. You need to exercise more and eat junk less and eat healthy. Once u start using up more energy than u're storing ur belly fat starts reducing, that's when crunches come in. Crunches will help u build muscles under that layer of skin getting u closer to a six packs.
Health › Re: How Can I Lose Weight Without Exercising?? by UjSizzle(f): 7:25am On Oct 02, 2012
Two ways to lose wieight is by exercising or starving yourself. Don't starve coz the moment u begin to eat again u'll just end up eating more thereby adding more weight. Again remember that any weight lost quickly will also be gained quickly. Don't miss any meals for the day but eat healthy and in moderation. Atleast 20mins workout evryday shld consist of cardio, lunges, crunches n yoga shld help u lose weight and stay in shape. Eat fruits n vegetables esp spinach(green) n drink lots of water. Mosst esp stay away from dietary pills n DO NOT starve urself.

Try investing on land it's value never depreciates and i don't mean in already developed areas coz i doubt your money is that much. Find areas with potentials ie forseeable booming trade, road network. They're usually cheap now but when things blow up there in the nearest future big companies will need land..then u can make a fortune. Happy Investing.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with learning Mandarin. China is an emerging market and many Nigerians go there to trade, it makes communication easier. Besides English is our lingua franca and the chinese are learning it. Nigerian languages are already made compulsory in schools so stop being naive and move with globalisation.
