That leaves 150 uncompleted projects.

So which is better for the present government?

Use our resources to complete the 150 uncompleted and abandoned projects

Or

Abandon them initiate brand new projects?

I don't advice abadoning them....But the should leave some glory for the past administration and not hogging the spotlight.
