For the past three weeks , I noticed that the network has been slow or pages wouldn't load at all.. Suddenly today, my instincts made me think of connecting a VPN and try browsing when its connected then I noticed that the whole browsing issues stopped. I access nairaland and other pages without issues and its fast as hell. So does it mean that something or the government is purposely doing this ? Becsuse my vpn changed my location to another country and my browser started working fine.
