It seems you guys are missing the crux of the story "SSS IS NOT SURE OF WHO THEY HAVE". They're not sure if its even the man they're looking for. No long story. Interrogate, gleam enough Intel, Confirm Intel is correct, and Kill them; no time for any court case! Anything outside of that and GEJ and the Govt are just playing games on Nigerians. I don't support Extra-judicial killings, but I don't support innocent people being bombed to smithereens just because of a foolish power play between two opposing Groups of crooks.

News reaching us this morning indicates that a suspected backer of Boko Haram has been caught red-handed arming youths in Kaduna State in ethno-religious crises rocking Northern Nigeria was captured in Nasarawa Township in Chikun local government of Kaduna State.

There were reported gunshots by his supporters when an army officer on a tip off from the 1st Division of Nigerian Army Kaduna stormed his family to initiate a search, following which rocket launchers, IEDs materials, soldiers uniforms, army belts, cartridges, pump actions guns and some AK47 assault rifles were found and taken away by the Nigerian military team that carried out the action. The arrested gunrunner is Comrade Nuhu Mohammed who is former chairman of petroleum drivers association in Kaduna. He is currently being held in an undisclosed military base in Kaduna.

It was also gathered youths in the area this morning when the combined team of soldiers, SSS and police went to the area around 9am for additional search resisted their arrival in to the community. The youths started stoning the security and some wanted to shoot but were restrained by a senior military officer in charge of operations.

Believe it or not , i know what am saying. The northerner are natural politicians and the igbos natural businessmen while the yoruba's are gifted in education.

C.whyte- CPA and CPM are different. In CPM, you get paid for every thousand impressions, while for CPA you get paid for each conversion.

Its much harder to make a descent earning from CPM, since you need to have high traffic for that. In CPA, a user complete offers, each offer ranges from .50cents to $20 on conversion. So, if you can convert 20 leads a day on a $5 offer you'd make $100/day. Its quite simple!

The CPA company, i work for is called Adscendmedia. It accepts international affiliates, all you have to do is fill a W8 form and then you can start receiving your payments. However, you need a paypal account to colllect monies ranging from $50 to $1000. As an international affiliate, you can also receive your monies via DOM accounts but you can only get that when you make $1000 and above.

C.Whyte, what industry do you guys plan to target ? You should consider using CPA for monetization, though if that would be the road you'd thread, you will have to do a little more research on lucrative "categories" which "convert".
