The day my brother in-law want to report to police that they have raised the ransom money, so that they can make arrangements on how to capture the kidnappers, before he could got home, they called him and details all the conversations he had with the police to him and warned him not to try it again if he want her enemies alive.

The use NIN, BVN nor biometric is not visible because all the transactions are done in cash and they only communicate with victims phone number. So, it's no surprise that you have Chinese mining conglomerates and other foreign mining entities in these areas that have the indigenous peoples living in IDP camps.

Can someone tell me how the police got involved? It comes down to the fact that Nigerian police men and women are NOT educated enough to know their roles in a civilized society, oops, I mean in an animal kingdom. Second of all, an attorney has every right to meet with his client in private (attorney-client privilege) without the listening ears of any police officer in a sane society. So, it was illegal to arrest and detain the lawyer as well as his client. The problem with Nigeria is its mere existence in the first place!

I find it very funny that all these CROOKED politicians always feign ill health whenever they are being asked to account for their profligacy while in office. They always do...you can go down the line and see that they all play the same game.

Going by the armchair quarterbacks and doomsday pundits, I was expecting to see Anambra, Imo, Abia, Ebonyi, Enugu, Rivers, Delta, etc as the states that insecurity and economic hardships would hit the most in 2024. Now the results are in... the total revenue generated from these other regions are NOT even enough to pay both the principal and interest on the loan. This is is just the beginning. These are supposedly new coaches, could you imagine a couple of years from now when they start breaking down like everything Nigeria and you do NOT have the ridership like you have now?

My Uncle who is a Citizen in USA filed to bring his wife in Nigeria whom he married in 2020 to the United States in that same year 2020.

Luckily after a very long wait time, the USA Embassy in Nigeria called the wife for interview after 2 years in the year 2022.

She went for the interview and was not given the Spousal visa or Green card or whatever they call it

They told her to get more evidence of their marriage as the Visa Officers were not convinced they were married.

They fixed her to come after 2 months from the first interview date.

Before the second interview date, my Uncle in USA fell terribly sick were he could not speak atall.

They could not communicate with themselves at this stage.

She went for the second interview after the two months and was not given visa again.

My Uncle's case got worse that he was even brought back to Nigeria in January 2023.

Now my question is this, in such case, can the wife still get the USA Spousal Visa on her own at this stage?

What can she do to still get the Spousal Visa from here?

My Uncle is still in Nigeria as we speak.

There's absolutely NOTHING the purported wife can do if she can NOT convince the Embassy official that the marriage is genuine. The only thing she can do to get the fiancée (K-1 visa) is to provide the required documentation: pictures to show both of them together at different times and different locations and any other proof to convince the US Embassy, otherwise, she would NOT be able to get the K-1 visa.
