This is exactly what happened in Jos call center, where that Satanic Adebayo guy and his demonic sidekick called Ajiga. It got to a point we couldn't take it anymore. We mobilized all CCR's and marched the city of Jos in protest, I cannot forget May 1, 2012. We shut down the call center for 90 solid days while the protest raged until they agreed to talk. When they couldn't stand the heat, MTN ran to the press and announced the shut down of the Call Centre due to "insecurity" according to them. MTN is their partner in crime in all these. I have NEVER for one day regretted participating in that protest, INJURY TO ONE IS INJURY TO ALL. Nigerian youths, its time to wake up, stop complaining and take action. Otherwise this nonsense will linger.

From my analysis, The new working condition is a tightened copy of ISON bpo working conditions currently used at Airtel Ibadan call center.

It's possible that CNSSL used the ISON stunt to change their working conditions by making people believed ISON is taking over.......

The network + 3G only works with the sim selected for data in Mobile+Sim. If no Network still. Then you don't have 3G coverage for that Network.

3G is available on both Sims. However, you will have to select the Sim you which to use for data under Mobile+ Sim.
For 3G locking, If you select Sim 1 for data and do the 3G locking under Network+, A restart will be required after which Sim 2 will go off completely. Same thing is applicable to Sim1 if Sim 2 is selected for data under Mobile+Sim.

3G locking is currently not available for 8.1. It was removed while transiting from WP8.0 to WP8.1. Hoping it'll be restored with WP10 official release this October.

3G locking is available in WP 8.1 for Lumia 535 dual. but for one sim at a time. that is the other sim will go off. i have posted screen shot several times here

Pls guys should take note of this criminals on nairaland.

His apology made me more angry to the extent I told him to make it bald because there's no way he can shape it yet it wil stil look bald.Christ,this guy spoilt my hair and my day.I will be wearing face cap to work until my hair grows back.Am still ANGRY!!!! You guys are waiting till July ending to start the fight..... Jos CCRs shut down the call centre for 3 months. May-July 2012 and got paid for the months.
It wasn't easy but it was a good fight that was fought and lost.

Supposing other call centres within that 3 months joined for a day or two can you imagine the effect..... Definitely none of you would have been in this current situation.

Do you guys even have staff union..... How Una wan unite?

Highest paid CCRs under Airtel Ibadan Call Centre managed by ISON BPO formerly Spanco BPO is collecting 48k after 2 years and above on the job.
Working hours is 8hrs plus 1 hour break... Total 9 hours per day in the call center.
You still work 5 days a week.... However certain optional shift may make you come to work during your off days.

For rest of the story..... Wait till ISON BPO takes over. You will experience the rest 1st hand.
