I love this, but I don't think a Unicameral Parliamentry System of Government can improve the chances of Youths holding Key Positions in Government, as it makes it easier for the Older Politicians to win, as they are highly Popular among their Constituents. The Issue of Referendum is good, but it's more or less used to divide a Nation, than Restructuring it, If we want a Stronger Unified Nation, I'd prefer we keep it out of our Constitution.

Niger delta republic sound more reasonable than blood streaming Biafra.

Biafra has nothing to do with Niger Delta, just pointing out how over emphasised the Ijaw Nation is. That's one of the most Undeveloped Tribe in the SS, even though they remain the only Tribe to produce a President from SS.
