I have seen it done. Freelander is not that heavy of a jeep. It will work fine. The original engine is 2.0 and Camry is 2.2 You will be fine. Replace and enjoy your car for a while. Good luck |

Good Tires and ready to work. Some minor blemish that must be addressed include the seal replacement for the bucket hydraulic. The bucket has some rust through. I am not saying capital is not important. but if i have to chose one, i will take experience. with experience YOU can still grow if you are creative with capital sourcing. Its still going to be capital but not YOUR own But growing is IMPOSSIBLE with no experience to do good job and attract more clients |
openmine:You can always find your way around lack of capital. You can be creative. If you are good in what u do, people will not mind in depositing upfront, hence solving your capital issue. If you dont know what u are doing or s*ck at it, no amount of money can save you. Otherwise banks wont be failing. They at least have the money but lack good mode of operation. |
In my opinion, there are reason(s) i think ANY business will fail anywhere especially in Nigeria PASSION - You need to be passionate about why you are in a line of business. Most people simply go in to make money. I am not saying that you should lose money in your business, but if you are passionate about what you do, it carries you that much further in it. When it was the craze to own a poultry, most people only listen to presentations on how much return the eggs can bring. They fail to realize the amount of work that goes behind the scene. However, the zeal you have for the job will make you persevere during lean and troubled times. GROWTH - All business requires growth and nurture. If you are new into a field, it always good to start small and go from there. Starting small does not say you stay small. It will give you a good knowledge of the business before you expand. You can raise 2,000 birds for 2 years before expanding to 100,000 birds. That will have given you enough hands on knowledge. A 1 week workshop cannot prepare you for challenges 100,000 birds will bring. There is a guy trying to get into car hire business and looking to take a loan/hire purchase for Camry muscle worth almost N2.2m. Factor in the loan rate etc, by the end of payment he will have paid about N4m Somebody like that can get a super clean pencil/orobo and develop his customers. If you have your good customers, you can then get a nicer car and will be able to pay the loan faster. SUPPORT - Our culture respect and support foreign owned business that a Nigerian owned business. It amazes me how our boys will work to death for Indian/Chinese companies without missing a day and always on time. If they are hired by a Nigeria company they will always have excuse why they are late or cannot come to work. Banks are also more willing to grant loan to foreign business as opposed to local ones. The business climate is same for everybody, why does the Chinese make it and we don't? No light for them too. They run generator as everybody. Yet they make it. I will add more as i remember more |
Looking Good Keep up the good work |
Hi, Nice job you are doing there. If it wouldn't be too much of a trouble, can you pls help me find out about the mixer in the background of the very 1st picture in the 1st page. Will like to get something like that. Cost? |
For a standard plot of 120 x 60ft, why don't you consider making an L shape design but it will be detached 2 flats on each side. Hope the architect in the house can come up with a better plan Looking forward to a sketch from the house |
Nice house. But here are some questions and observation: More pics will be nice Size of plot? Price? Does it come with the girl? ![]() Let me see if i can convince my wife. ![]() |
This is too good to be true. All these happened within 30 mins of leaving the house and the kids are still in the house? ![]() Where was the lover before? He arrived got inside the room all within 30 mins? And the children are in the house |
Is it compulsory to pay tithe on this money? ![]() #justwondering |

A song is a funny thing. It can be a monster hit or a flop. Either way, my advise is that DON'T SELL 100% like some people already mentioned. Ask for like N4m and retain something like 20-25% stake. If its a flop, you gain something and if its hit, you will gain as well. There is a man who got frustrated with Apple Inc. in the beginning of the company and sold his 10% stake for few thousands of dollars. He now lives in a Caravan somewhere on govt. pension. Apple is a multi-billion $$$ company now. If i am not mistaken, King Sunny Ade did not have the right to his 1st album. Guess what, he has been trying to buy the right since he became famous and he has been unsuccessful. Not even at any price. This song might not be successful with the artist but can be a runaway success if another artist sings it in different format. You will still make money. Nothing is like a residual income. Just like voting, we have matured, IT WILL BE IMPOSSIBLE TO VOTE WITHOUT A PVC CARD. NO MORE. Nigeria will soon evolve in the entertainment world that entertainment royalty will be looked upon very well. Whoever, is offering you N5m for the song possibly know something you don't. Sell it but not all. Good luck |
