I am so sorry that you got your system infected by this AMVO.EXE.

You are responsible to scan your anti-virus software weekly as well as update new patch from your anti-virus software to protect from virus attacked. Without your anti-virus protection, your computer is BIG RISK to infect over 1 millions viruses you don't know when you click STRANGE LINK or ACCEPT UNKNOWN DOWNLOAD ".exe" file. It contains virus inside file.

You need HijackThis software as following below:

Open HijackThis, click do a system scan only and checkmark this:

O4 - HKCU\, \Run: [amva] C:\WINDOWS\system32\amvo.exe

Close all windows including browser and press fix checked.

Reboot

Delete if present:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\amvo.exe

Empty Recycle Bin.

Post back a fresh HijackThis log.

Then update your anti-virus to be scanned entire on your system weekly!

I agreed with @urihsab and @wolexf about loading files on the website such as heavy graphics and flash animations, most webmaster must consider about country internet connection FIRST before desiging the website to attract the audiences.

In Africa, the majority of internet connections are still 56k phone modem. Very few of them has broadband connection.

Unless you market your site for UK and US audiences only, no problem.

I also experienced consulting clients finding the right web developer by reading their proposal submissions---but chose me the best qualification---REASON: LOW PRICE i won the bidding proposal to beat the games against HIGHEST EXPENSIVE WEB DEVELOPERS out there. In the USA, we have over 500,000 web developers/designers to be competed with.

There is no round rules on how a web developers charge clients. Because every web developers charge client are very different based on quality, experience, creative, effectively, accessiblity, and goes on. . ,

I suggest you to ask at least 3-5 web developers submitting their inital proposal covering the details what they offer you for pasting text/images on your existing site or additional charge for new site to register new domain name/web hosting.

Then you pick the web developer you feel the best qualification with lowest bidding proposal submission in order to hire for the job.

Just like you are the CEO of the company to hire the best qualified employee, you will feel overwhelmed receiving 3,000 CVs and have to go thru screening every CVs you pick one employee you feel the best for your company.

Same principle for hiring web developer you shop for and screen reading every web developer's proposal submissions to pick one you feel the best for your website development/designing job.

I use MS IE 7 that has dynamic tabs opening new tabs on the same window by moving my cursor on the hyperlink to use right-button mouse click making a selection of drop-down menu: "Open in New Tab" that will prompt opening new tabs on the same window.

For forum sites you seen, that is depend on the type of free forum theme such as SMF (Simple Machine Forum), PHPBBB, or others they obtain uploading them to their web host with its own forum administration panel system.

For example SMF user installs Blue-Sky SMF theme from SMF modification site to be installed on their SMF administration panel system on their web host to change from default SMF theme to Blue-Sky SMF theme. They also can delete SMF logo header image (smflogo.jpg) to replace their own logo header image (theirlogo.jpg). They have to edit their SMF template.php to replace the filename of image from (smflogo.jpg) to (theirlogo.jpg).

Try to follow the step by step at below:

1. download CCleaner and SpywareBlaster and install them.

2. Make Windows to show all files:

3. Go to Start> My Computer

4. Go to Tools menu, click Folder Options

5. Uncheck Hide protected operating system files.

6. Then, click to select the option Show hidden files and folders.

7. Click[b] Apply[/b] and then click OK to exit.

Reboot in Safe Mode:-

8. Restart (or switch ON) the PC.

9. Then, keep tapping the F8 Key.

You need to upgrade from 512MB RAM to 1 or 2 GB RAM that supports MS Vista. You also need to clean up your system performance as follow below:

1. Start button

2. Click All Program

3. Select Accessories

4. Select System Tools

5. Select Disk Cleanup, it will prompt a dialog message scanning your system, then check all check boxes to hit "OK". The dialog message of Disk Cleanup will disappear itself DONE!

6. Reboot your system to refresh your performance optimized better.

Therefore your system will not cluttered slowly!!!

Once you have your web host account setup, you will need to design a page using HTML (or other related web language). Once you have designed your page, save it as "Index.html", and upload it to your web host account.

You also upload a image folder and external files for parsing data to the same HTML directory where you already upload "Index.html" originally.
