Family / Re: She Told Me A Very Dark Secret, Should I Still Marry Her? by VajanahDischaj(f): 6:15pm On Jul 22, 2017
Nerdg:
She told me of being pregnant and later had a stillbirth at the 7months.

The background.
I met her when we were teens and have always loved her. She refused me sex and along the line, her neighbor gave me (who is her relation). She learnt about this and we had our first break up.
We both got admission into different universities and couldn't see again.
We later met again and settled with a condition that there would be no sex. This didn't go down well with me and I called it off. This repeated and there was even a time I walked her out of my house because of this issue and didn't give her tfare. My house is like 1hr drive from where she lives.
The issue:
I love this girl to the extent that anytime I thought of getting married, she will come to mind.
Now I have a good job and she's done with school. I proposed to her and she accepted it.
Is about 3 months now, she came on my birthday 3 months ago. That was all. She doesn't come always because she stays with her elder brother and can't leave house just like that.

Note, we haven't had sex till now.

About 2 weeks ago, I told her about how I got a girl pregnant and we had to abort it and that since then I haven't been myself. That it pains me to this day. We talked about it and she was sorry over it.

Yesterday, we had a very deep discussion and she revealed to me that she had a relationship at school. They were together for 4yrs. I then asked her if she had ever missed her period. She said yes. But not to this school boyfriend but another man. She wanted to keep the pregnancy but her parents refused because the guy is not a good person. The guy wanted the pregnancy but her family didn't want the guy to marry her. She finally had a stillbirth at the 7th month.

I was stunned. I know she's not a virgin, she told me but I was confused. Sex had always been our problem and I never expected that she had experienced something like this. Now she asked me that she hope she won't regret telling me this. I told her no that she won't regret but I'm stunned.

Please should I still go on with this marriage?

u dont even deserve her... Ahhhh don't be happy, u are a greedy 4k! So u want to be 4king her cos of relationship. If u really loved her u should ve adviced her to focus on sch first. Rather u went to even belefull another ortekpu. It is wah for u, u deserve to marry an ashi

morereb10:
Lai Mohammed Reacts To Criticism - This Is The Reason Why FG Is Stopping Production Of Local Movies & Music Abroad

The Minister of Information and Culture of Nigeria, Lai Mohammed, has reacted to criticisms trailing his recent pronouncement on steps being taken by the government to discourage the production of Nigerian movies and music outside the country.

In a chat with PT on Sunday, he said it was to tackle the exploitation of perceived loopholes in the Nigerian Broadcasting Code, NBC.

“The NBC code today as it stands has been exploited and not defined and that’s why movies being directed by Nigerians with Nigerian actors, actresses can be shot in South Africa and then brought back to be consumed in Nigeria.

All we are saying is that we are going to amend the code in a manner that it will not be possible for you to exploit any loophole there to go and shoot outside Nigeria film, music or programs that are meant to be consumed in Nigeria,” Mr. Mohammed said.

The Minister on Saturday said the government had taken steps to get the Nigeria Broadcasting Code, NBC to put an end to the trend of producing Nigerian music, movie and programs abroad. This however drew criticism from Nigerians who asked the minister to address the issue of government officials going for medical treatment abroad first before sanitising the movie industry.

However, the minister said the government had no ill-feeling in its move to dissuade Nigerian films from being produced abroad.

“It is not directed at any particular incident, every country should respect the local industry of other countries.

For example, in Ghana they introduced a law today that demands visiting actors to pay a thousand dollars to the government coffers while visiting directors and producers pay 5,000 dollars.

We must create an enabling environment and also generate revenue from our creative industry. The argument is simple, when you go to shoot a film offshore, you use the work force of that country to develop the capacity of that country and you improve the economy of that country and that is what we are trying to do here.”

NYSC / Re: NYSC Corper Survives Ghastly Accident En-route To Abuja (PHOTOS) by VajanahDischaj(f): 6:19pm On Jul 18, 2017
TopNaijaBlogger:
The accident occured along Kogi-Abuja Expressway.
The Nysc Corper; Nwadike Chioma, gave her personal account of the accident below
She wrote thus:
"GRATEFUL HEART
please join me and thank the Lord for sparing my life and that of others, in the pictures below is an accident I was involved in enroute Kogi-Abuja Expressway. The trailer bearing a container failed break few minutes away from the bridge, our driver noticed it and increased his speed in other to avoid the trailer, but unfortunately the trailer was at a more higher speed, getting to the top of the bridge it rammed into our bus and a smaller car in front...hitting it twice and pushing it towards the edge, I was seated at the front ooo...the front side of the bus was compressed, I thought i've lost my legs, I pulled and pulled my legs and it came out....i jumped to the back and jumped out through the broken window(how i did that without any assistance still beats me), thank God too the container it was carrying didn't fall on the bus, that would have been it, we were whiskers away from the river, another hit by the trailer would have sent the bus tumbling inside the river but God said no, Mercy said NO, I was saved, unscratched, I was just crying when I looked at how close we were to death, road safety officials rushed down with some other life savers, they were fully on ground to pack bodies but were surprised that there was not even a single one, 'Corper stop crying and thank God ooo' they said, though still in shock and traumatised am more amazed how much God loves me, to Him be all the glory forever more in Jesus name. Amen!"

The reality of this women's marriage crash has seriously left her broken and in continuous dire need of attention sad

3 months ago she saved an accident victim, paid his bills and bought him new clothes same day!

1 month ago she returned her brideprice back to Churchill's family she claimed she initially paid by herself

Last 2 weeks she joined in a publisised march against women abuse in Lagos.

3days ago she declared she's now born again after cursing and insulting the living day light out of Churchill and his mother!

Yesterday she went back filming at nollywood and today she's in the news again!

I think her strategy is to always be in the news with the aim of "peppering" her estranged Churchill embarassed

Religion / Re: Samuel Ugwute: Big Holes In Story Of Man Who 'Resurrected' From Dead- PoliticsNG by VajanahDischaj(f): 12:33am On Jul 16, 2017
itsdumebi:
A few weeks ago, the Nigerian media was awash with the story of a man called Samuel Anayo Ugwute, who claimed to have died and woken up from the dead but recent findings by PoliticsNGR prove otherwise.

In an extensive investigation spanning almost 3 weeks, PoliticsNGR identified several discrepancies in the story being purveyed by Mr Ugwute. This newspaper has compiled a series of discoveries and evidence that expose the holes in Ugwute's 'testimony'.

The Beginning

Mr Samuel Ugwute stated that he had been suffering from heart failure for a while and needed urgent surgery abroad. He stated that he travelled to two hospitals; Fortis Escorts Hospital in India and St. Vincent Private Hospital in Melbourne, Australia. He revealed that he died in Australia, his body was then flown back to India and he resurrected on arriving the Hindu country. The story looked too good to be true so PoliticsNGR launched a full-scale investigation into his claims.

Our Findings

Below is a list of discoveries and evidence that discredit a lot of Mr Ugwute's claims;

1. THE PHOTOGRAPH

Below is a photograph of Mr Ugwute lying on a hospital bed in India. This was shared online by his brother, Rooney. The Image is heavily edited and completely fake. look at the proof below.

1. There are no creases on the pillow. There is no way a head will rest on a pillow without creases appearing on the pillow.

2. Judging by the angle of his head, his right ear is supposed to be submerged in the pillow. This is a clear cut giveaway. Skilled graphic artists can easily spot this. It clearly shows the head was super-imposed on the body.

3. No visible neck. Every head should have a neck but it is very surprising that this photograph shows only Mr. ugwute's head and no neck.

2. THE HOSPITALS

Mr Ugwute stated that he went to two different hospitals abroad; Fortis in New Delhi and St Vincent in Melbourne. PoliticsNGR reached out to both hospital on the matter, St. Vincent declined to comment due to their privacy policy and Fortis denied ever having knowledge of ever receiving or knowing Mr Ugwute. This debunks Mr Ugwute's claims of consulting with Fortis.

But then his brother, Rooney stated on a Facebook post that the Indian hospital(Fortis) rejected Ugwute which prompted him to head to Australia. PoliticsNGR decided to dig further and came across medical documents presented by Mr Samuel Ugwute to Ika Weekly Newspaper. Below are the documents;

So correspondence was established with Fortis hospital in India, they denied ever having Ugwute as a patient. The Fortis document(medical visa) above detailing Ugwute's passport number and details was also sent to the hospital to check if it was genuine. The hospital replied stating that the document was fake.

PoliticsNGR also ran a check of the Medi-crescent specialist hospital(RC 34986) on the CAC official website (http://.gov.ng), it is not listed there.

3. MR. UGWUTE'S STORY

PoliticsNGR extensively reviewed the accounts of Mr. Samuel Ugwute and his brother, Rooney and these are the questions/inconsistencies found.

Below are screenshots of Rooney's account of the incident on Facebook;

In Screenshot D, Ugwute's brother, Rooney stated that the hospital in India rejected Samuel. then in screenshot G, he says Samuel had two death certificates from India and Australia.

The hospital in India rejected him when he was alive, is it when he is dead that the hospital will accept him and grant him a death certificate?
In an Interview, which can be seen here, Samuel states that his body was covered in Formalin and he had to take a 'warm bath' to remove it. Formalin is used in Embalmment and embalmment does not involve rubbing formalin on the skin, it is injected into the body/arteries. Read About it HERE.

Lastly, he claimed he got Visa on arrival in Australia, to the best of our Knowledge, Australia does not issue Visas on arrival to Nigerians.
