Section 137 (1) (d) of the 1999 Constitution (as amended) provides that1) A person shall not be qualified for election to the office of President if:

(d) He is under a sentence of death imposed by any competent court of law or tribunal in Nigeria or a sentence of imprisonment or fine for any offence involving dishonesty or fraud (by whatever name called) or for any other offence, imposed on him by ANY COURT or tribunal or substituted by a competent authority for any other sentence imposed on him by such a court or tribunal.

Sorry to say this but this is the newest low of Arisetv. These days they have been really really bad. It is so bad you begin to wonder if it is now an opposition sponspored TV station.

Even AIT and TVC, own by known card carrying party members are not this bias and One-sided. Arisetv are more Anti-Tinubu than even opposition political parties. The only sole purpose of the Arise TV station these days is to criticise Tinubu.

A Very silly Rufai oseni, a Tv host will sit at the front of the mic defending a specific candidate and lambasting another. For goodness sake!
What happen to being neurtral and professional. No wonder ChannelstV has been consistently winning the best Tv station in Nigeria for the past 12years now.

What they fail to understand is that the election is still undecided yet. If it swings into victory for Bola Tinubu. Then gate of hell may be open on them. I just pray they dont cry foul that time because the attention and cheering they are getting from obidients while they puncture the Image of Tinubu unprofessionally and mischievouslly will die down after election. And they will be left to face karma alone.

Tinubu should go to AriseTv and defend himself. Is he dumb?

APC has now been weakened and reduced to a SW regional party. More like a Yoruba muslims party. This is why you can only see APC Walk only in Lagos, Oyo and Abeokuta. If you see any APC rally outside SW, check the candidates posters. It is either the candidates are using Atiku for President or Peter Obi on APC billboard. They detest putting Tinuby on their posters.

The NorthWest is now PDP and NNPP controlled, with the exception of Zamfara State. In same vein NE is gone, except for pockets of LG Areas in Bornu and Yobe.

Down South, APC can only boast of winning SW region, because of "Emilokan" tribalistic chant. Outside of SW, Tinubu would be stoned on campaign ground.

APC is dead in SS and SE. NC is now a battle ground between Peter Obi and Atiku.

Meanwhile, as Tinubu is busy arranging fake townhall meetings, LP is eating into its Lagos foundation through house to house evangelism.

It is obvious that APC and PDP are now scared to death about the structureless party and movement. LP should be looking for venues outside state controlled facilities.

The dieing APC government and the weakened PDP governors would want to frustrate LP rallies. In all of Ekiti, Ogun, Osun and Ondo, LP should mobilize to hold rallies in non-state venues and should avoid Saturdays and Thursdays because those APC governors would just fix sanitation on those days. As for Lagos, LP should not bother applying for use of state controlled stadium. Perhaps the national stadium or any large enough facility.

Atiku is already down, Tinubu has no base except in Lagos and Oyo. For PDP, the natural homestead of SE and SS are gone. NC if 60% obedient. As for APC, the deadwood and sick old drug lord is an arbatros that is killing them.
Most of their presidential contestants are silently working against them.

Whatever happens, Peter Obi is wrestling power from the dieing APC and PDP. We are determined not to show any mercy, but to uproot APC and PDP forever.

We are not begging them, we are TAKING IT BACK by positive force.

According to Keyamo, Tinubu's forfeiture of proceeds of drug related crime is not a criminal offense. This is because the US department of Justice did not send Tinubu to jail. What an absurdity.

If that is so, all those getting country judgements against Deziani and recently Ekweremmadu should begin to apologize to them.
