First off, this is not Ambode's statement. He will only be able to talk after Tinubu's demise or is jailed.

As to why Ambode lost, firstly Ambode got no balls. Secondly, Tinubu was looking for a first term governor going into 2023. He knew that a second term governor would be difficult to control, hence Ambode had to go.
If Ambode had balls, he would have retired Tinubu in 2019. How, just like Obaseki, simply destabilise the house of assembly and get 3 or 4 members to be meeting in govt house and sack the house exco. and move the mace to Alausa. Then, use the 4 or so members to remove deputy governor, afterall Tinubu also removed his deputies twice. Thirdly, retire the chief judge and refuse to appoint any replacement or swear in any for the rest of the administrstion tenor.
Lastly, decamp to PDP. If he wins, good but if he loses in PDP, leave office on or about May 15 and handover to his appointed deputy and retire to the Maldives or any Carribean country until coast is clear. As governor, he had so much power but unable use it.

In 2023, kindly exclude SW candidate. If APC presents any SW candidate, be sure PDP will rout them out of power. Buhari, Buni and co knows this. The only hope APC have in the South is to go East, look for a sellable candidate. Otherwise, PDP is already in power come 2023.

In addition, there are some northerners who do not just like Atiku for their personal reasons. Who Atiku helped when he was a VP of this country, I have stated those who Osinbajo helped directly/indirectly.. Osinbajo have lots of achievements to point out to, what would Atiku claim as his achievements? His private business?

The few voices against Biafra in SE will join IPOB and that would be a huge problem for naive Osinbajo to manage. North knows that under Osinbajo, IPOB will become uncontrollable and could possibly realise Biafra or cause a huge crisis that will break Nigeria. IPOB aside, any SW candidate in 2023, will give PDP 85% vote from SS and SE. In the North, please forget 2015 and 2019 in your warped analysis. North voted for Buhari and not any useless APC or CPC. SW cannot lead Nigeria in 2023 because, even the South and Middle-Belt see that as greed. SW have already used her turn from 1999 to 2007. Watch out for Atiku, Tambulwa or Orji Kanu.
Anyway, Buni has already made sure that ACN does not control the party again, so no SW candidate can win APC ticket come 2023.
