deomelo:FG project .... Transformer that I have one in my company Shame! |
jesusjnr:Comon, who funded APC election when Buhari had to borrow money to buy form? People call you guys zomB because your reason one way. Zombie way na one way ooo joro jara jorooo! |
Even your APC campaign programme said GEJ left Dollar at N216, where did you get N235? Again, you tried as though the people you are talking to are kindergartens. Please, there are seasoned economists on this forum. When you want to post nonsense, go some of your local meeting forum where girls are twerking! As at today, Dollar exchanged for N362 and this is because of CBN daily intervention. Try and buy something on the net and come back and tell us what your bank charges you. If you want us to go by your analogy, then remember that dollar sold for N520. Please, perform your analysis with high and low method and come back sir! Then again, do your extrapolation thus. If in 16 years of PDP stealing and looting Naira depreciated from N88 to N216 as you recorded, then on the average, annual depreciation is 9% ((216-88)/88/16years). Then in just 3 years of APC Naira depreciated at the rate of 23% annually ((362-216)/216/3years). If this was to continue on same slide, then in next 13 years, Dollars would be exchanging for about N1500 - N2000. Go and sleep as your analysis did not sell! |
Hotfreezer:I am not holding forth for the governors. Say, you live in Lagos, have you attempted to build a house in Lekki and compare your cost with same house built at Iju? Cost of raft alone have built the structure in mainland. The road you build with N1B in Kano will gulp 3 times in Bayelsa. Why almost everything would be bridges. The ecological impact of exploration is massive while the states in Niger Delta receive less allocation because Federal revenue is shared based on unsubstantiated population figures. Move any Lagos governor to Bayelsa and they will be total failures. At least we have seen how overrated Fashola who was a supposed champion has turned out at Federal level ![]() |
Please, allow Bayelsa control her resources just like Dubai does and see the difference
|
Runalong333:You completely missed the point here and again most of you post on bias without trying to find the root cause of a matter. The Biafra struggle have never been to create a separate republic from Nigeria. Rather, it has always been about allowing regions control their resources and grow at their own pace. That was why we SS support the struggle!! However, when you keep insisting that the status quo cannot be changed, then you push people to the wall. Go and read about the Aburi declaration. Ojukwu and others did not want to create a republic but to allow eastern Region and other regions to develop at their own pace. This was agreed and all parties signed, but after the meeting, the West and North reneged on agreement, hence Easterners and South South sought a way out. hence, Biafra!! See extract from the Aburi Accord: (i) "Members agree that the legislative and executive authority of the Federal Military Government should remain in the Supreme Military Council, to which any decision affecting the whole country shall be referred for determination provided that where it is possible for a meeting to be held the matter requiring determination must be referred to military governors for their comment and concurrence. (ii) Specifically, the council agreed that appointments to senior ranks in the police, diplomatic, and consular services as well as appointment to superscale posts in the federal civil service and the equivalent posts in the statutory corporation must be approved by the Supreme Military Council. (iii) The regional members felt that all the decrees passed since January 15, 1966, and which detracted from previous powers and positions of regional governments, should be repealed if mutual confidence is to be restored. The part that was contentious is Centralising the government structures thereby destroying regional powers and making Federal control all resources. This was the imbalance that the Biafrans fought for and still struggling for. Now this imbalance has made it possible for Niger Delta resources to be unfairly shared to Kano and Jigawa that have more Local Governments than about 4 states in SE/SS. Take for instance Bayelsa that has only 9 LGAs and Kano that has 44. While greater % of the incomes comes from Bayelsa, Kano gets 44 Parts, while Bayelsa that generated it gets 9 Parts. That is like making 90% and getting 20%. Is it Fair? Today, the Ogonis cannot ply their trades, Oloibiri has been raped and abandoned, etc. Visit the delta and see how much Nigeria has raped the region and people in the name of Centralised Federal system. Now to your question as to why Easterners as well as those of us in SS support Atiku, it is simple. In 2014, GEJ attempted to give Nigeria a life line with the National Conference. Everyone, including your region went there and agreed on the principle of fairness, equity and justice. To drive that, they came up with the idea of restructuring the polity, resource control and management, etc. This is not new, rather it is just like, lets go back to pre-1966 constitutions that gave regions powers to grow at their own pace!! It was another attempt at resurrecting the Aburi Accord! But again ... PMB got there and threw it into the dustbin, just as it was done to the first Aburi Accord, so that the status quo can continue. All Atiku has done to win the hearts of SS/SE/NC/Afenifere in SW was to rekindle hopes on restoration of the ideals of TRUE FEDERALISM. Put simply, anyone against RESTRUCTURING is AGAINST NIGERIA. Because, not only SS/SE now see the need, but NC and a good % of Yorubas now see what "Biafra" saw 50 years ago. We have tried this federal system for 50 years and it is not working. My friend, insanity is doing same thing over and over and expect a different result. Let us try a restructured Nigeria and see which is better!! |
Organizers should not allow Osinbajo to represent Buhari on this please! |
Shame on APC |
tuniski:Sai Atiku
|
48noble:Obi will naked Osinbajo anyday anytime. Do the debate 20 times, all Osinbajo will say is incoherent and unsubstantiated numbers |
kingPhidel:He will be exiled for rest of his life to Afghanistan or Somali prison. Them no born am well. In 1985, IBB waited for Idiagbon to go on hajj pilgrimage and just asked Buhari to step down and the coward did. That was the only bloodless military to military coup because the dullard has always been a coward. Supposed Idiagbon was around then, that government would not have been overthrown so easily. Buhari is only "powerful: when he sees "bloody civilians" |
The Combo is Atiku/Obi/Agbaje. Any other is fraudulent, except Tinubu decamps to PDP, this Sanwolu will lose |
|
This man trouble just start be that! Nigeria sucks, rich men children do not serve, while poor peoples children are sent to Bornu and Kano to be used as "monkey and baboon" bloodbath! |
Hmmm! Just fix the date, Buhari will run to Chatham House UK to do a prepared debate ![]() He has nothing to give. You do not give what you do not have!!! |
Meanwhile you are here chanting ethnic jingoism while young Nigerians are being beheaded https://www.nairaland.com/4788698/hauwa-liman-alice-loksha-may Any Christian voting Buhari on ethnic sentiments ... may the evil that befell thousands of slain Christians in Benue, Plateau, Taraba, Bornu, Yobe, etc befall your children. Leah Sharibu has been in Captivity for 200+ days and Osinbajo being a Pastor and a Christians has been silent on the matter and you still vote Buhari on ethnic sentiment ... God will judge you. ATIKU/OBI until APC get sense! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xNjEGfcZC74 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l2e8GuMTHqU |

sholatech:Everything here is contorted. Call up - Lagos Served in Osun State Year on call up: 1992 Year of Service: 1993 - 1994 |
Ha! This is heartbreaking for APC and Buhari
|
OOA1979:Very knowledgeable. We will still vote for ATIKU so that he can create 1,800,000 personal jobs, that is 50,000 per state. As you mentioned he did all those for himself, so he can replicate same for himself in the 36 states of the Federation. |
Monimatic:No sir~ Buhari is a catastrophic failure |
Kai Buhari
|
Mr Commissioner, please what did they join there? A better lie would have been that the governor was buying dollars from fellow malams to help fellow hajj performers, hence the video ![]() Denying it in totality is evil. Anyway, APC is EVIL |

ATIKU/OBI 2019 - 2027 OBI/TAMBULWA 2027 - 2035 After that we can listen to all those who are not yet ATIKULATING ![]() |
Ifiokumo:No need trying to convince us. Our minds are made up ... vote your Bucharideen and I vote my Artikuloot or whatever you guys chose to call him ![]() |
OP, the restructuring document is not far-fetched. All that we need is embedded in the 2014 National Conference report which the dullard put in the archive. Atiku just needs to dust it and take-off. No tales by moonlight |
gaby:Go you have a comprehension problem? Please, go and read again. As always, not sure you read it first time anyway. Just rush to comment based on headline. |
zsamorano:What is this one saying sef?
