Thank you for your response, although I think it's wierd that you sell batteries and have not taken the pain to add some knowledge on how best to deploy the product that you sell.
I think it will give you an edge and it is a sort of added value to your customers and makes you more dynamic in marketing your products.

there is no need for that line bro, no be by force to give quote! i am far more knowledgeable in this solar inverter business than most people on this forum. this thread is strictly for lithium battery sales and i wouldn't derail it with quotes of items that i dont market.

I bought 2 items from a seller. Because of the payment constraints on our cards, she had to split the amount across 7 invoices,

this will make it difficult to raise/win dispute.. alibaba is not like aliexpress.

You need to press down the surrounding of the switch button before it comes on, and it goes off when you remove your hand.

this is a small fault that can be rectified, by simply replacing the switch.

She was suggesting that i open the item and check for any loose ends or soldering, but i am having none of it as this should be a working item, plus who will pay for the repairs and what if it is even unrepairable?

sometimes we lose some, small inverter switch no pass 200naira.

On those basis, i am applying for a refund on 4 of the invoices (which will then be more than the price of one unit by about 5usd). I understand that this could a dicey issue and i need to be careful with my words and evidences i present so the case doesnt go against me.

Please i have a very delicate question,

Is is possible to get a solar and inverter only system without battery?

The function of this is to use only solar during the day and switch on nepa/grid at night without having any backup battery in place.

It's important to note that the PV should be the only one working during the day with drawing power from nepa,
And it should be automated in a way that if sun goes down or more power is required it can tap small from grid

Why I'm saying this, is so we don't need to start disconnecting nepa during the day,......

it is possible,but u need a premium hybrid inverter like deye,with more than enough solar panels. deye hybrid inverter has such automations.
