you guys need to take a chill pill. Nigerians arent the only one doing scam, as far as i know lotta pick up sites are synonymous with scams unless you're new to these sites. Or you guys have forgotten how some Oyinbos tried to sell clone iPhones/Samsung to Mikky? I also remember last year when Oludare said there're lotta scammers on offer up but i guess most of y'all didnt know cos you didnt have much access to it then. If offer up had actually wanted to give Nigerians free access, they would have made the app also available for Nigerian users immediately they allowed free access without VPN. As an IT person, i wanna believe they had some glitches in their network security which is why we were able to access the site freely without VPN and the cost was that lotta people were shut out of registering or sending messages. Immediately the issues were fixed, all former accounts that were not receiving messages or sending messages started working and in turn, the free access to their site was off. So this is not about Nigerians flooding the site with scam, scam had been on offer up from the word go and it will keep increasing like it or not, y'all should go back to the status quo, get STRONG PROXY vpn and use it with chrome on your computer or use YANDEX or PUFFIN BROWSER on your phones. On my first try I noted the answers passed and failed and took time to get the correct answers again. I even googled.

Yeah, I have seen people transfer from BC to Ontario. I plan to reside in Ontario, and I can still use my BC membership in Ontario until when I'm ready to transfer. Once you are CPA, there is no barrier to which province your membership is, one may need to transfer because of proximity to CPA provincial meetings/seminars or conferences.

My application is with London VO, so I'm waiting for them b4 I can decide when to move, but hopefully this year.

My membership is with CPA British Columbia. I hurriedly applied for membership in 2015 because there was a rumour that they (CPA) will not renew the MRA with ACCA and the rigors of writing all those exams to gain the same membership was not what I wanted to ever face.

Paying that annual membership every year and not using it is not funny, but I had to cos I have plans to move to Canny soon.

I don't think there is an avenue for paying partial fees except one is out of job for a prolonged time or sth sth... I don't remember those factors.

But in addition, accounting filed is lucrative to the best of my research, however, you need to know which sub-area of accounting you want to pursue (e.g, AML investigations, audit, retail accounting, compliance etc) Choosing whichever, requires you look deeply into your passion, your prior experience, totality of your education and what you want to do going forward in a new "working" country

In my own case, the bit of my research shows that what I want to do in the short to medium term does not strictly require the CPA designation like that like that again. I only need to horn my skills, if I can, I'll try to get a major designation in the sub-field that I'm interested in and when I land, I'll take a diploma or certificate in Business in one of the colleges/universities and I'm sure with that and God, I can progress comfortably well!
