Hi, guys i really can't explain were the problem came from, i read my ass out, i even did midnight reading buh in the exam hall i always forgot what i read, am doing 11 courses and am not even sure of passing more than 2 courses, the first day i stepped my leg into the school gate, i didn't like the school, a new federal university in one village like that, the school have a low tolerance of exam malpractise, u can't even sort any lecturer, i heard the school doesn't tolerate low cgpa and am afraid of being expelled because of low cgpa, i did very poorly in the exam, the school spaced everybody doing the exam period, i planned to find out from a jujuman what is wrong with me, i need help, my parents spent a lot of money on me i can't afford to let them down

I used to have it too.
Read normally during the semester to get familiar with the topics. Then you map out key sections to concentrate on. Wake up 4am and read until you have paper. No matter what, do not sleep. Once you sleep, everything don go. If paper is 7am, wake 3am. If paper is 10am, wake 5am. Those five hours are strictly for reading. You are not allowed to use it for group discussion.

He'll earn #210,000 for the things he can do with both his hands, all he came with was a tape and a piece of paper, he's also currently on site, but the most Important tool he wields is his cutter, spirit level, a Pincer, chisel, shovel and his working clothes.

Now this is why I've been saying you'll earn more when you have more skills than a degree.

The guy on the pics is an ND Holder, today he made some #10,000 tomorrow I will use him again and pay him almost the same amount.

Adding that up, he would have made some #20,000 in 2 days. How much does an average worker make in a month?

Some white color jobs won't even pay you up to #85,000, yet its what we read for, fight for, drink garri for, we even sleep under the cold wind at night just to grab this certificate.

To me, I think vocation is still the best no matter what. Even if we're gonna be offered some paper called certificate, let's also bag some skill along with the degree.

Degree is good, but you'll earn more with a skill. The white people that are guarded with 4 armed men, carried on a fully air conditioned hilux, treated like some god don't even have a degree.

They're white, yes but all they have is some 6 months certificate on a particular skill.

OP has no beef about MIL going. The land decision involves the MIL, her hubby and MIL's other children. OP felt it was inappropriate for her to involved in land matter involving the entire family.
Since whatever become her hubby's at the end will also be hers. If anything she showed too much respect/courtesy towards her inlaws. Remember also that since she herself might not be contributing financially (depending on family dynamics), she might have little or no say say anyway.

Her hubby's main grouse was that OP discussed going to see the land with MIL without discussing it with him first. It rather shows that OP has a good enough rapport to feel free discussing land with MIL. Even if the usual MIL-DIL tension might be there hibernating.

If hubby badly needed OP to come along, all he needed to do was convince her. After all he managed to woo her and got her to marry him.

Azin eh. He did not take permission from his wife before discussing about the land. Yet he's angry he was not briefed about checking the land. How was she to know that you guys did not discuss the mstter already?
