@Feddy 27,am doing great. Thanks for asking. Dr Mbagwu prescribed prenatals for me too and said I should get them at CVS(iron and folic acid). Just try to take them religiously. Hope to run into you one of these days. Take care dear |
@XX01,try Astyfer blood tonic,10 mls twice a day. Try to take it religiously and continue with your ugu.repeat the pcv test may be in a different lab after two weeks, you can try Clinix Lab. There should be reasonable improvement . |
@Firsttymum, am currently paying $1200 per month. |

feddy, thanks dear. I know I would bump in on you one of these days at the Drs. @Nnystc,hope you and baby are OK? Take care dear |
My people in LA, I arrived safely yesterday and have gone for my first appointment. I was quizzed by four different cbp officers, but thank God for everything. I had used my visa for vacation but cos hubby is a doctor, they couldn't buy the better healthcare stuff. When I told them the bill is 4k,they doubted even when I showed them the correspondence from Dr and hospital. They kept on harping that I would use Medicaid that it doesn't cost less than 25k to deliver in US. Thank God for His grace and journey mercies. Couldn't get pta anyway, had to buy at black-market.God bless our efforts and our husbands. |
@Nnystc, Nne congratulations. Our God is really awesome.Take care of yourself and baby ok |
@Teamie Feddy, hope you are coping?i guess you have gone for your first appointment? All your lab results here were collected right? Take care dear |
@Nnystc, that's so thoughtful of you my dear. I really appreciate your prayers. Stay blessed ok |
@Teamie, congratulations dear. Enjoy your stay. Please team LA,i need your prayers, would be coming in next week. God bless us all in Jesus Name, Amen. |
@Nnystc,thank you so much for your prayers.God will surely do it for all of us in Jesus Name, Amen. @Feddy, your testimony is next online. Best wishes on pta hunt dear. |
Thanks @Yolemum. |
Please house I need your assistance, hubby is trying to apply for UK visa though he has a current visa but can't remember his password for the previous application,he has clicked on resend password on the UK website twice but didn't get any link sent to his email. What do we do considering that you can't use same email address to create a new account.thanks for your usual prompt response. |
Thanks @Kaylachi for the info. I appreciate |
@0 Nnystc, to add to your question, the Ds 3053 I saw on the website will expire this August, can someone still use it after August? Once either of the parents won't be around you need the DS 3053 form notarized ,not all lawyers are public notary, you need to get a notary lawyer to do it though,i don't know whether California accepts form notarized by lawyer or it must be notarised from embassy. Please, Bisoye and Njidekachi,we need your clarification. Thanks |
Yeah, the agent in LA is on it sha. God will see us through, you will definitely enter LA before me Co's I will be leaving first week in September.Any luck on pat yet? I have applied to Stanbic. Stay blessed |
@ Ijeomaobi, congrats on ur bundle of joy. God bless u @Feddy27,teamie hope you are OK and how's prep? |
@myztygal,what a touching story,I pray the HolySpirit to comfort you and uyour family for your loss.Take heart my dear. |
@Ijeoma,when I opened BOA in March, the minimum balance was $1,500 if u don't want monthly charge of $12,its only international passport that was needed,no referees and passport, they would capture u there.take care |
@Bisilola,thanks a lot,I appreciate |
Pls house, is Stanbic still giving pta and at what rate? Thanks for your response |
@Njidekachi,welcome my dealer. We thank God for a successful journey.God bless your home and your little one. |
@LadyG,you are really gifted in this visa stuff.I totally concur with what you said about giving the reason for travelling personal, it stands you out and shows you are not stereotyped. When we went for our interview, hubby was asked reason for travelling and he said his job was hectic and needed to make it up for the family by taking us on a vacation. That caught the attention of the VO. Thanks LadyG once again for the selfless work you are doing. It won't go unrewarded |
@Feddy27,yeah daraprim is different from that. These days doctors prescribe drugs for IPT.cheers |
@Feddy27,IPT is anti malaria drug that is usually given at second trimester, its for preventive measures against malaria, you take the first dose then after one month, you take a follow up dose as malaria is endemic in this part of the world. It must be prescribed by a doctor because its not all antimalarial that is safe for a pregnant woman. Try to be taking your routine drugs OK,we are almost there.take care Happy Sunday to all Mamas |
@Freddy,so sorry about your sickness and your toddler.hope you have taken your second dose of IPT(Intermittent Prophylaxis Treatment for malaria). That should be in your second semester,if not,you can run a test to be sure its malaria then your Dr can prescribe an antimalarial drug for you. Take care dear |
