Good day everyone, please on this POF issue,an applicant has 1.1m,then intends to use 2M from his Mum as gift deed to augment his POF, can he also attach his Stock's Statement of Account worth 1.2M as part his POF? He is a single applicant.
He has some plots of land he bought some years ago but the land is not registered so it's only receipts that he has and not Deed of Assignment.Won't it be difficult to sell as mere receipt won't suffice as evidence of sale.

Please my E- family, I need your input in this. This is the explanation I intend to use, hope it will fly.
The certificate issued to me at birth by the hospital bears Master Ifeanyi.
The first ECOWAS passport issued to me also bears Ifeanyi.
I applied to the United States Embassy to attend a scientific conference in Nevada in March 2016 with this passport.
However, thereafter, I noticed that my university certificate bears Ifeanyichukwu.
Ifeanyi is the abbreviated form of Ifeanyichukwu.
As a result, I followed the due process to harmonize the names on my birth certificate, university degree certificate and my ECOWAS passport.
Do I need to get an affidavit and a newspaper publication?
Please don't jump and pass.

@Jenny,thanks slot. His school made that mistake of Ifeanyichukwu in his B. SC instead of Ifeanyi, he had to get NPC birth certificate with an affidavit so, his birth certificate bears Ifeanyichukwu.
As it stands now,he doesn't have any document bearing Ifeanyi except the old passport he used in applying for US visa and of course the passport was collected by NIS and a new one issued.

Ifeanyi was the name he used for his old passport which he used for US visa but was denied.
All his documents now bear Ifeanyichukwu including the new passport cos he had to change his name with NIS.
Won't it be seen as misrepresentation since he applied for US visa with Ifeanyi knowing that US and Canada share Immigration information.

Good morning everyone. Please my brother used to bear Ifeanyi but noticed that his B SC bears Ifeanyichukwu. He had to get a new passport to reflect that.
My question is,since he clicked on yes in the post ITA form that he used another name before,what convincing reason can he use for the reason for the name change? I believe he would make use of LOE for this.

NB: He used his old passport to apply for US visa and was denied visa. He has gotten a new passport now.

@Erhnie, thanks alot. What I meant was that I would be transferring 1m to my Mum's account to make it up to 2.5m cos she already has 1.5m then she would do a gift deed to my brother.

You are saying they don't request for donor's
(My Mum's Deed of Gift) statement of account as thats my fear cos the lump deposit (1m) will reflect in my Mum's account.

Good morning everyone. I must commend the selfless efforts you guys are putting here.
Please, my brother is already in the pool with 475 points,I want to transfer 1m to my Mums account then she will add 1.5m which she has and give to my brother as gift deed totalling 2.5m.my brother has the remaining funds in his salary account.
Do CIC request for the donor's statement of account as these deposits would raise a red flag.

@Topnotch, it's at the end of 36 weeKS, fit to fly letter must be from your doctor and it has to state your edd and gestational week,it should not be more than 72 hours as in the date you got the fit to fly. All these are on BA's website

@LadyAy,call AA Customer Care number in US and tell the agent you want to book infant ticket for your baby that is US citizen,he/she will ask for your reference number with BA and the date, she will check and give you the price, you can pay over the phone with your card. Mine was $97.32 though I was told $332 by BA agent. Hope this helps.

@XX01,you will need your reference number but I suppose your outward flight should be with American Airline,they are the ones you will call for the infant ticket not BA.

Nnystc's advice worked for me just as she explained,got $97.30 for my infant ticket with BA.

British Airways policy on airlifting pregnant passengers is 36 weeks and it's clearly stipulated on their website. I flew them last month at 36 weeks and my Dr wrote that on my fit to fly .

Birth Story

Woke up on 26th morning and saw show, I was already 39weeks and few days. Took castor oil around 1pm,after an hour, vomited and stooled once then contractions started at 20 minutes interval. Around 5pm,it was 10minutes apart, I went to hospital and was already 6cm dilated, couldn't take epidural because I was dilating so fast, around 9pm I was 10cm dilated and the pain was out of this world. I managed to push couple of times when the contraction was severe and my bundle of joy came out weighing 8pounds.i had an episiotomy because of the size of the baby but healing gradually.
