When I did my last IVf my sister told me to sit when praying like how those old women and heavily pregnant women do, but I didn't mind her o, to the extent ma I will do extra nafila at night. She said praying is enough exercise to get one worked-up. What do you all think? Me I think what will be will be In Sha Allahu.

Coco diva: Yes it was here in Nigeria.KNH, Unity street Ikeja. Its Korea-Nigeria hospital.Its run by Koreans. Its pricey though but was well worth it.For female fertility,its a complete package of accupuncture session,cupping session,massage and electical stimmulation of the uterine-ovarian axis.And they give herbs too.so relaxing I used to fall asleep many times during my sessions.and you know cupping was recommended by the prophet too.Its very effective if you don't have any underlying issues.Atleast I know of a sister that used them and got her BFP after trying for 2years.They made me dig deeper into getting a correct diagnosis.cos after 3months and nothing happened , they advised me to do further tests that later revealed the main problem.Hope this helps!

My dear pregnacare conception is just prenatal vitamins, to start preparing ur body for a healthy pregnancy. Any woman wanting to concieve takes them either jusst folic acid or any good brand vitamins. And eat healthy too. You should also avoid sugar.

Update- training day 2,my instructor said am not doing bad. Learnt to use/change gear one to two. For my mind I say make we enter express na dere wahala go de even though we are learning in a not too busy street.

There is no need for you to wait for three months. You should start taking folic acid or pregnacare conception or any good prenatal vitamin you can get now. You can still take your supplements too but it is adviced that once u start taking ur med/injection for the ivf u stop.
You should speak with urr doctor abt supplement u are taking.

@zeezy, they are hypocrates I tel u. My freind who is original frm north once told me that if u have 10 children doesn't matter. Why do u think they marry nd divorce at will. According to her a man once followed her till she got to her gate when she was heavily pregnant.
I also had of a true story, d girl said she went to meet a man at d hotel nd wen they were fornicating the man said "play with my beards" long beards o nd he cals himself ustaz. But if ur shuolder touch dem at d market de wil jump and say "subhanilahi". May Allah direct us to the right path. So just over look it, its not becos u were not carrying a baby. Cool down.

I just came out of 2ww after DEIVF with a negative yesterday. So heartbroken and cant even think straight. Second failure in 6months. I prayed, fasted and hoped that it will work this time...anyway God knows the best. The only thing that rings in my brain now is adoption. 7 years of back and forth has not been fun.
I pray that God will grant everyone of you your heart desires.

My dears, IVF ,sorry (aunty IVF) no b yam o! Its d grace of God dat has been seeing us tro. Luckly for us we have insurance to cover part of it. You no some of us wants to make dis private without letting our colleuges at work know what we are into but if you don't mind you can't ask your health service provider at your company or spouse company to knw if they will avail u dat but my spouse coy we pay out of pocKet then they will refund later.

But na wa for una o, most of una de work na. My analysis is - since most of us has been ttc for 4yrs nd above, I tink- 1st year of marraige is enough to carry out all medical analysis required up to d 2nd year then u can now start saving up, while you are At that u will be researchn on a good nd less expensive hospital to use. If you and ur spouse have individual salary of 100k or abit over, I belive u can save upto 600-800k in a year. But that Means forgoing somtins- like buying d latest shoes, gold, ankara, handbags an co. Hm! It not easy o, since I don't even have a job, I watch hw I ask dh for money to buy tins cos I know how he spends on dis stuffs.

Hello house, just thinking- writing, lol . And wondering are u women not considering goin the IVF route. Pls u should consider it. God has put smiles on many women faces tro dis procedure. many of us have bin trying for close to 5yrs now. And we all knw its not bin easy at all.
What do u guys think of IVF. For me am on my second cycle nd I know God will not disapoint me.
