If you don't have account with Stanbic I guess that you should be able to fund your TB through check payment. I am not too sure though.

Secondary market na for us talakawas...and the secondary market can be arranged anytime, anyday and with any amount.

That is not true for all banks. You can invest as little as 100k through the primary market with First bank.

Gurus how does one go about investing in tomorrow's primary auction? I mean how to draft instructions to the bank asap.

Previously I've always directed my accounts officer to buy in the secondary market at the bank's rate. All this without leaving my house to the banking hall and I intend to stay in my house today.

It depends on the bank. For some banks you may draft letter while for others you will only fill form. You can go to the bank yourself or call your Accounting Officer to explain the procedure for buying at the primary market.

It happened to me severally but I discovered that sometimes they do refund my money and since there was no alert I will think that they didn't refund the money. What I will advise is that you should check your balance after another transaction and do the maths you will discovered that in most instances the money were returned, sometimes one or two days after. But there was one particular 1k recharge card money First bank did not refund to me early this month.

I know people always have this fear but the truth is that no body will like to kill the goose that lays the golden egg. Please be careful in buying any crypto currency, the price is highly unstable, in fact they are falling like London bridge. My advice to people is to put a little of their investment into Cryptos and not all of their investment. It is better to diversify your investment. Use a part of the money to buy land, use another part for TBs then use a very small part of what is remaining to buy bitcoin or whichever crypto you may prefer.

What happens if I have a yet to mature T.bills still running and an event such as death occur. How can my dependents get my money when it reverts back to my account?

In fact I made sure I inform my wife about all my TBs and the various dates of their maturity. My wife also knows my ATM PIN and my password and PIN for my mobile transfer. I can not sweat and save all these money and I will come and go and die like that (God forbid) without leaving anything behind for my love ones.

If you are thinking of Security for your capital (ref. Richest man in Babylon) and a little something (emphasis on little), please do Treasury bill. When your heart can take on more risk and uncertainties then look towards other investments avenues.

Good advice, I do Treasury Bill with about 90% of my capital and I play with crypto currency with the remaining 10%. Sometimes one has to take risk to make more money but it has to be calculated risk.

Next TB primary auction is 29/11/2018. I want to lock up 15mill for 364, targeting 14% rate which is around 2,100,000.00 Naira.

Tbill is really a sweet investment when you have idle cash .

Please Gtbank and stanbic which one gives better rates in Primary market .

I have used FBN , their rates are not so good.

First bank gave me a about 14% for 364-day tenure last week. I am sure that next week primary market auction would be higher or the same. Use First bank
