Seun:
Of course I did not regard his opinion as authoritative. Geez, man, don't type when you're high.

The security man tried to discourage me from opening an account with the bank by giving me false info which I didn't even ask him for. presido1 says it makes no sense, so I'm trying to make him understand that bank employees do lots of things that make no sense. Hence the two stories. That's all. Geez.
Security man trying to discourage you ? Listen to yourself man.Is the security man in charge of opening accounts even though he is employed by the bank?

Is that the Job of the security man. It is either you dont know your rights with respect to whom to deal with in a bank or your are just plain Ignorant. Maybe you should have gotten those transcripts. Joker grin

well i prefer nigeria as a better option simply because you can do some RUNS to earn extra money and you dont need credit for anything. You pay cash down so what you have is yours and no one can take it from you if u delay payment unlike the folks abroad.

And social life of naija especially Lagos is second to none. As for utility and Infrastructure, u sort yourself out et la BRT buses and Generators

Adebayor wanted to leave Arsenal from when he sscored 30 goals in one season. If not, why did he not make a statement on the official Arsenal website as Fabregas and RVP did this summer. Even if players are quoted out of context , they could make statements on the clubs offical website.

Adebayor never did make a statement to squash the rumours.

Good to see the boys win last night without Arshavin,Walcott,Nasri and RVP. Impressive.

Dstv all the way. Hitv need to realise there is life after football. Dstv is gonna be 9500 from next month but i dont mind.

I believe they are trying to brace up for the next premiership bidding due November.

Now just imagine if dstv wins back the premiership. Hitv is gonna be so owned. As for watching Arsenal matches, i have got the viewing centres locked down

. . .And so the vicious cycle of disappointment continues. . .Optimism at the beginning, cries of ''What is he doing?'' at the middle, shouts of ''Sack him!'' at the end. grin

Must suck being a gaynner. Heck, season's barely begun and already the cries of ''What is he doing?'' abound. grin
Must suck for you to always be on the Arsenal Thread. The Thread says:Arsenal Fan Thread: For Gunners Only

I dont see any room for haters like you who spend more time rebuffing other clubs than they do supporting their own clubs.

The English National team has not won a Major football trophy in over four decades and did not qualify for the last Euros yet their fans still come out to support them.Things are not great @ Arsenal now with Players leaving for money and Lack of Trophies but it could be much worse if we played boring football and never qualify for the champions League and like wande coal says S'Ope Ti e which means Thank GOD for your own.

And for the record,Life as a Gunner is great and I am a loyal Gunner for life and for the record if Arsenal does not win any trophy at the end of this season, I will double the Arsenal Merchandise i already have and continue even stronger to support the club i adore and love.

rasputinn:
Is it true that Arsene claimed that he had "too many" defenders?,who and where are they?As I recall, the minute Clichy was injured we had to cope with the costly inexperience of Gibbs, was Wenger referring to Gibbs and his likes
I believe his starting defenders are Sagna,Gallas,Vermalean,Clichy
backed up by Eboue as right back,Senderros,Djorou ,Silvestre and Song as centre back and Gibbs,Traore as left back

The problem is that Song is our best DM based on last season even though he can play CB. Senderros-Last time he put on an Arsenal Shirt was not good enough even though he had a good spell when toure was at the last nations cup. SIlvestre is just wack. Djorou has to step up.

I hope we get that fulham defender and hold on to eboue cos believe it or not eboue is a better crosser of the ball as right back than sagna is.

I am optimistic about the new season. This might just be our year cool

toure gone,adebayor

Adebayor will not be missed(except his misses). If Huntelaar comes in fine, if not carlos vela has to step up to complemet RVP,BENDTNER AND EDUARDO.

Kolo toure is a loyal guy and an arsenal favourite but so was henry, pires and viera and you can argue we have not won anything since they left but football has since changed.Competition is now fierce and players are now motivated by money just like adebayor, tevez and co. Arsenal is a work in progress under wenger  and i believe wenger will get it right. spurs have been spending more money than arsenal in the transfer window in recent times but that has won them only the carling cup. Liverpool have not won anything in 2 seasons now.

I believe wenger will get it right. If wenger leeaves arsenal now, clubs all over the world will scramble for him even though he has won nothing in 4 seasson .even real madrid tried to poach him and when they failed they could only go for the spanish wenger et la pellegrini. what does that tell you? Even sir alex says arsenal plays the best football .Could be worse if we played boring football with no trophies you know  cry

I believe wenger will get it right this season. I strongly believe that .

Music/RadioRe: Who is The Best Music Video Director In Nigeria? by vicade(m): 2:15pm On Jun 03, 2009
i vote for wudi awa For the simple fact that the No be God Video by Gino is the best naija music video i have ever seen

DJ Tee,Clarence Peters and co are good but that No be God video is just something else. None of these other directors have even come close to that,

Most videos nowadays are all alike with chicks, mostly studio background and some sleek editing with absolutely little or no story line/concept.Wudi awa took it to the streets. I would have loved wudi awa to have directed the stylee video by dj jimmy jatt and co.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=32BLnQs6Yoo

That is wudi awa's best work. How consistent he performs is another topic but which of these other directors have produced a video of such quality and concept? Groundbreaking mehn

P.S. To be honest most of these clarence peters and dj tees just have sleek editing skills and powerful cameras. Their concept generation/creation for videos they direct are mostly wack. Someone mentioned pass me your love video-when terry g was like , "i dey trip for your back hey, yash hey"? where was the yash?pass me your love video was a powerful camera, sleek editing, chicks and absolutely no concept

I mean, Until the day you get married, anything can happen.Even wives Cheat on their husbands and vice versa  so whether you trust or you don't trust, she/he will do whatever she/he will do. Ladies of nowadays are something else so i dont blame the guy.He might have "Circumstantial Evidence" wink.

Eboue is quite okay in crossing the ball for a right back. At least he is better than Sagna when it comes to Crosses and he charges forward and he did score 4 goals this season and coming back from being booed by the home fans take a lot of character. Moreover, if Eboue leaves, we have no other Right back when Sagna gets Injured.

If Arsenal get Alonso or someone else in the DM Position, and Rosicky Stays fit,Coupled with Song's Recent Form,Denilson and Diaby have their days Numbered otherwise,Denilson and Diaby have to do a Flamini and step up

What are the odds of having a Starting Eleven and a Bench that looks Like this

               Almunia

Sagna  Toure HANGELAND Clichy

Nasri ALONSO Fabregas Rosicky

              Arshavin

              Eduardo

Bench:Fabianski,RVP,Song,Gallas,Walcott,Eboue,Vela,Bendtner

Out/Loanees/Carling Cup:Adebayor,Diaby,Denilson(Not so Sure),Djorouh,Gibbs

Future Stars:Armand Traore,Jack Wilshere,Jay Simpson,Jay Emmanuel Thomas

P.S. I can't believe Bendtner actually scored 15 goals this season. Well done to him. He needs to improve his finishing and his level of confidence but the Talent is there

Even if they don't qualify for UEFA Champions League, UEFA cup is a sure banker as United have won the Carling cup.
That paves way for 3 other teams outside the BIG 4 to compete in the UEFA cup.
Arsenal's countless draws also  made Aston Villa and Martin O Neil Look good.Plus Aston villa had a Tirinity of Laursen,Ashley Young and Agbonlahor. But as it is Laursen has been injured for a while,Ashley young is fast and all that but cannot seem to score and Agbonlahor has been so poor of recent he got Booed by the villa Fans last week.

Quint- what?

As an Arsenal fan, It has been a very Great Weekend. And i have more joy knowing only one of Liverpool and Chelsea can go through in the UEFA Champions League

But Steven Gerrard is a Beast.Only Second to Lionel Messi right now. Thank Heavens Gerrard did not join chelsea back then

I will gladly trade Ronaldo the sulker and Rooney the Angry Shrek for Gerrards' boots. The guy is class

Martin O Neil should have stuck to the UEFA CUP and he shot himself in the foot thinking he could finish fourth and fielded a weakened team in the UEFA cup and they got knocked out. Joker. grin

2 losses = 3 draws. Arsenal had 5 consecutive draws before they won 3 in a row. .They still lost 10 points even though they did not LOSE.
I hope you know football is not just about 2 losses= 3 draws. The mental and Psychological factor  matters

Arsenal are not top of the table but are on a 16 match unbeaten run and are still in two cup competitions and they can use that factor to build confidence

United on the other hand have conceeded six goals in their last 2 EPL matches coupled with 3 red cards. If that does not dent the mental factor of at least some of the players then they must be machines. And United play Aston Villa next so they could loose that too.Every team in the country will be like Liverpool scored four,Fulham scored two why can't we also beat the champions? There is a confidence boost for teams playing united now and FC Porto must be hoping it lasts long.

I personally think Sir Alex has what it takes to turn things around but when you have a Player like Ronaldo Sulking like he was yesterday, don't you just wonder if he needs a new challenge, a new drive, a new motivation. Ronaldo is a great player but he seems to have lost motivation and this is not because of manchester uniteds' recent form, it is something i have noticed for some time
