ndcide:Amongst all the SC, he started as a SC judge earlier than they did. He started in 2007. Whereas others started after 2007. So apparently his the most senior based on experience. But SC judges only retire by age (70 years). Other following five judges would clock 70 before him, even though Tanko started as SC judge before them. So do you understand now? |
ChristianNorth:If Supreme court can reverse and change its judgements, it simply means that supposed SC is not final and Supreme. Which means that litigations won't have an end. Check the review case of Zamfara instituted by APC. SC, threw it away and APC was asked to bear the entire costs. |
Are you a lawyer ? I want to learn
I laugh at people thinking that supreme will upturn itself. Let me tell you, both case of IMO and Bayelsa have been concluded already, hence supreme court can never and will never reverse its judgements. On Tues, you will see how those two cases would be thrown out and thrashed in a dustbin. Those two cases are as dead as dodo. Let that sink into your brain. |

Oga goan rest. The case has been concluded already. Hence your case is as dead as dodo. |

I hope and wish all these APC apologists (AKA zombies) would sit down and read a sound and aptly delivered judgement of the learned judges of the SC. But they won't simply because they are zombies, dimwitted, illiterates, simpletons, riffraffs and ultimately nitwits to discern a well structured and delivered judgement of the Apex court. Useless mofos. Spits### |

![]() Heart attack for Garfield1 (AKA senator Dave). Abeg come take your L joor. |
PaChukwudi44:I swear. I used to take the guy seriously before in his political punditry until this current judgement by SC and his position in it. That guy is a stanch APC apologist and never new all his previous punditry were based on emotions and sentiments. He has clearly exposed himself big time. |
garfield1: ![]() |
seunmsg:But the constitution stated clearly that a candidate can not be substituted after the expiration of the time frame for the party nomination, EXCEPT WHEN THERE'S A CASE OF DEATH. The main reason APC was allowed to substitute Audu for Yahaya Bello. |
garfield1:PDP and APC are all same. Until you realize this, you won't bother much about who wins or loses. Remember that the said Lyon was a PDP member before he joined APC. So quit giving yourself unnecessary workload in the heart and brain. |
garfield1:Chai!!! This guy you are deluding yourself already. I honestly used to think you were objective in punditry. Why the sheer sentiments now How come PDP got the spread in Zamfara?? But initially didn't get the spread before the SC judgement. PDP was able to get the spread because SC ruled that APC didn't have candidate. So all the votes they garnered in the election were voided and seen as non existing. So when you removed all the votes APC got, the valid cast votes will drastically reduce, hence PDP eventually won in all the LG. It's very simple but you have chosen not to be objective in your judgement. |
blacknp:Oga void APC votes and see that PDP won all the 8 LG |
garfield1:Oya explain further, devoid of sentiments. If APC votes are still in tact as you claimed, the SC would have ordered INEC to give the certificate to the runner up in APC primary election. Just as the case of Amaechi and Omehia. You can read about SC judgement on Uche Nwosu. Once a candidate of a party is disqualified for validation of his pre election nomination, the Party is equally disqualified and the votes cast are all invalid. See Zamfara and Uche Nwosu of AA. |
garfield1:Oga APC votes have all been voided with the supreme court judgement. It simply meant that APC never had a candidate during the election. |
obailala:You can do better to be more creative in life because this song is becoming stale and hackney. |
The Ogun State government has said that its doors are not open to Okada riders whose operations were recently restricted by the Lagos State government and are contemplating migrating to the state. The Special Adviser on Public Communications to Governor Dapo Abiodun, Remmy Hazzan, made this known in a statement issued on Wednesday. The government was reacting to a statement credited to the Chairman Caretaker Committee on Transportation in the State, Femi Adeniyi, who was on Monday reported to have assured the motorcyclists that left Lagos to the state of adequate accommodation. Hazzan said the Ogun State does not have the capacity to cope with the menace and security challenge the influx of the Okada operators from Lagos and any other neighbouring state would pose. He noted that Okada operation is fraught with many challenges, including that of security, which is the reason why their operations have either been totally banned or restricted in many parts of the country. Hazzan said deploying motorcycles for commercial operation is not in the schedule of the National Transportation policy, adding that the Ogun State government is already looking into the issue with a view to coming out with a clear policy direction. The special adviser noted that although its doors are open, it is only for genuine businessmen and foreign investors to take advantage of the proximity of the Gateway State to the nation's commercial and biggest market. The statement noted that Governor Dapo Abiodun, since his assumption of office on May 29, 2019, has put in place, measures to create a conducive environment for businesses. He said, "As the state with the largest industrial base, Ogun State will continue to welcome more investors. "The present administration, in its determination to further enhance the status of the state as the most industrialised, has put in place policies that would attract more businesses home and abroad. "Governor Dapo Abiodun has been meeting with potential investors in the country and even travelled abroad in his efforts to attract more investors into the state." The statement further stated that the present administration is desirous of providing gainful employment for her teeming citizens, but with emphasis on agriculture. It appealed to the people to go about their normal businesses as efforts have been made to prevent security breaches in the state. https://punchng.com/migrating-lagos-okada-riders-not-welcome-says-ogun-govt/

These guys are so predictable. They are not asking him his motive for wanting to bomb a church in which he and his family supposedly worship. They are not asking him about his accomplices and who made the bomb. They are only asking him his name because like I pointed out before, they are desperate to prove to the whole world that it is Christians bombing fellow Christians in Nigeria. And they picked a character who has double Christian name to play this role . I don't blame the actors and directors of this low budget Kaduna movie. I blame our education system which is busy churning out graduates who lack critical thinking skills to critically analyze issues and see beyond what the authorities want them to see. A so-called suicide bomber who went to bomb his own church, got inside the church successfully, sat down but rather than detonate the bomb, he waited, probably listening to the gospel until security came to search his bag and arrest him with the bomb. He didn't even try to detonate the bomb since they told us he is a suicide bomber. He simply allowed the police arrest him. Regular Police (not bomb squad) then came and was posing for picture with him while holding the bomb the way Ikenga my 12 year old son holds his toy. |

Lalasticlala come and see these shameless lawmakers who earlier jumped from AA and APGA to PDP a few months ago simlply because they wanted to share some positions in the house, have now gone to APC just a few days after supreme court judgement that ousted Ihedioha. Tufiakwa #spits# |

Hmmmmm....if APC makes mistake of denying him ticket, the APC should bid goodbye to Ondo state. He will divide the camp of APC and its supporters and PDP that's already resonating which was clearly seen in the general election would have a clean sweep. IMO state is a case study. |
IMO DIASPORA COALITION FOR JUSTICE AND DEMOCRACY PETITION TO PRESIDENT TRUMP AND SPEAKER PELOSI : GOAL 1000 SIGNATURES BY JAN 22, 2020. YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE FROM IMO STATE TO SIGN, ONLY AN ADVOCATE FOR JUSTICE! THIS FIGHT IS NOT OVER UNTIL IT IS OVER! SIGN AND SHARE VERY EXTENSIVELY! Dear President Trump, Nigeria’s Disgraceful Partisan Supreme Court Must Reverse Her Recent Perverted Ruling or Be Placed on Visa Ban or no Fly List, Including Members of their Immediate Families. The Nigeria’s Supreme Court recently in what has been described a “judicial coup”, overturned the landslide Imo State Governorship electoral mandate, given to Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and handed victory to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Party candidate, Hope Uzodinma, who came a distant fourth position in the election. Imo State is a totally Christian State! On March 9, 2019, during Nigeria’s gubernatorial elections held in Imo State Nigeria, the incumbent APC Party candidate, Hope Uzodinma lost in this highly Christians concentrated enclave to a Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), candidate, former Speaker of the National House of Representatives Rt. Hon Emeka Ihedioha, a Knight of the order of St. Christopher of the Anglican Communion, and three others. According to official figures of the electoral umpire- the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), the results were as follows; 1. Accredited voters is =823,743. 2. The total valid votes cast is = 714,355 3. Rejected votes = 25,130 4. Total votes cast (Line 2 Plus 3) is = 739,485 The top four candidates received the following number of votes: 5. Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha (People’s Democratic Party-PDP) = 273,404 votes 6. Mr Uche Nwosu (Action Alliance -AA) = 190,364 votes. 7. Ifeanyi Ararume (All Progressives Grand Alliance- APGA) = 114,676 votes 8. Hope Uzodinma (All Progressives Congress- APC “Moslem Party”) = 96,458 votes On the basis of the above the INEC declared Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha the winner. However, thereafter all the losers went to court, with Hon Ihedioha sustaining his win at the tribunal, and again at the appeal court. Then at the Supreme Court something strange and yet inexplicable happened, the Supreme Court accepted previously tendered and INEC rejected 213,699 votes from Mr Hope Uzodinma, the fourth placed candidate which was adjudged to be fake and unreliable by the trial Tribunal and concurred by the Court of Appeal. They added these fake votes to the official INEC declared votes for him of 96,458 to give Mr Uzodinma the winning votes of 310,153. But in a haste to gain foothold in this Christian enclave of Imo State, through their proxy Mr Uzodinma (a notorious character who had been indicted by a Presidential Task Force on fraud for diverting over $11m meant for dredging a government sea port channel and currently has a bench warrant for his arrest issued by an Abuja Magistrate Court for issuance of N200 million naira dud cheque amongst other criminal infractions) they forgot simple Arithmetic. When that whole fake results were added without adjustment to other figures, it brought the total votes cast to 928,054 , which is not only higher than INEC declared total valid votes cast of 714,355 but total number of accredited voters of 823,743 for the election. Yet, the Supreme Court in a bizarre judgment awarded more votes to the fourth placed candidate, that inflated total votes cast above the number of voters, and made him winner. When confronted in private, two of the justices said, “we were under instructions”. Nigeria legal system allows for Supreme Court to reverse itself in certain circumstances including where the judgement was obtained by fraudulent representations as in the case herein. It is based on these that we are calling on the partisan-agenda driven Nigeria’s Supreme court to review and reverse their decision, within ten days, or be sanctioned alongside their immediate families with visa ban and/or put on international No-fly list. The compromised Justices who delivered this atrocious ruling and who we demand sanctioned, if they fail to reverse their fraudulent judgement are Justice Ibrahim Tanko Muhammad, Justice Kudrat Kekere–Ekun, Justice Sylvester Ngwuta, Justice Olukayode Ariwoola, Justice Aminu Sanusi, Amina Augie, and Justice Uwani Abba-Aji. We need your intervention Mr. President! Thank you!
