few years ago i won d visa lottery through d help of an agent.i was told to claim it i would need to attach his sister as my wife to go as a couple to the embassy and with that i dont have to worry about any fee to pay as they will bear the cost.we were later rejected visa because we cud nt convince them enough we were married.The agent that helped me register for the lottery program falsified my age.so the falsed age had to reflect on my passport.i also had to declare an age declaration that i was born in 1982 instead of 1987 that birth certificate reads.please dont insult me because i was little then.The problem now is i want to travel out to that same america but my passport has been stolen, secondly i want to recorrect the age to my exact age even though my fingerprints have been taken at the embassy,how do i go about it and what will be the consequence of it at my next interview at the u.s embassy?the passport that was stolen was a reissued one from abuja cos there was a mistake they did at the first one that had to b corrected before we went to the embassy.i was told to make a police report i still avent made it cos i dont have 3k to pay presently but i've sworn an affidavit of the stolen passport and i also do not have the photocopy of the passport.please i need advice on what to do cos i want to travel out urgently for greener pastures

My friend, forget about the United State, from what you explained, you have (most likely) been given a life ban and there is nothing you can do about it except you change your nationality and amputate your finger to void its print.
   Now, if it's just the age that have issues, i would have suggest a remedy for that, but since you've been caught (applying for the US visa with) fake document, this offence attracts a life time ban from the USA compared to the UK that gives a merciful 10 years ban

Well, it's understood if one is using it to manage the mobile text pages especially if you're on a pay-as-you-go service, but my concern is the fact that many (if not most) people can't spell properly due to this corrupt text influence.

The possibility of a visa applicant not abiding by the conditions of a given visa is the greatest concern that every Visa Officer entertains; and the number one concern every visa officer has is the suspicion that an applicant is desperate to migrate to their country by any means; but for a person who already has a visa (for any reasonable country) endorsed in his/her passport and is reluctant to use it, that fear is eliminated and such a person has an overwhelming advantage in subsequent visa application. Whoever adviced you to pay money and get your passport stamped (in & out) is a Monster, and such silly person must be avoided. And to add to what Justwise had warned you of; if you allow someone to temper or ulter your passport to support your application, you will not succeed in getting the visa, you will only succeed in getting yourself a 10 years or a Life ban.

Whoever told you that is totally wrong; you can apply for a visa for any country with a passport that already has a visa for another country, and to be sincere, having an unused visa in your passport is an overwhelming advantage

With the absence of your email address, your application will automatically be disqualified.
   As for your other question, winning a dv lottery does not guarantee you the US visa, you will still be required to meet up to the eligibility requirements.

If the word "Travel Agent" is defined according to its true meaning, then, there would be nothing wrong in employing their services, and their services would be mainly to:
1) Help in suggesting Destinations or Holiday Resorts
2) Flight Reservation/Bookings
3) Hotel/Accommodation Booking
4) Activities Suggestions
5) Guides and advice regarding sites to see and,
6) advice on the laws, and on the things that are the DOs and DON'Ts.

   But if a "Travel Agent" accords himself as a "Visa Agent", then, there should be no two ways about it, just RUN away for him as you would run away from a Pastor who introduces himself as a "Prophet"
   "Visa Agents" will only get you into a UK 10 years ban, or an American Live Ban, or the Schengen Indefinite Ban: Know that it is impossible for anyone to help in obtaining visa for anyone, there is no such connection as many Nigerians acclaim

That's because, the 161 (or so) votes are quality votes, for example, if 150 of the 161 votes are 5-stars, he will beat a person who clocks 2000 votes with half of them 4-stars or less: it counts by percentage

Well, voting 5-Stars and then voting 4-stars, and then 3-stars will definitely downgrade his position and might void the initial 5* vote, and from what i understand, a single 5* vote is worth more than multiple 4 or 3-stars vote

Actually, if IP addresses are recoded, it may not be possible to vote more than once, but considering how some competitors are getting vote counts in their thousands, i'm beginning to suspect vote fraud, and i suspect that other people are voting more than once, but i'm not certain.
