Yes you are better of re-applying than going through the lengthy appeal process. You will be looking at 4months at least before you come closer to resolving the issue.

How can anyone tell if it's genuine or not, from a scanned copy? Why not get it checked with the relevant licensing agency? I don't understand why anyone will ask faceless people on a public board to verify a Driver's License from afar, when you can do it yourself directly. Unless you're merely being lazy, or dangerously dense?

Please i dont know what to do right now.My younger brother residing in Dresden in Germany sent me a picture of himself and a very fat old german woman who he said is his wife.My brother is in his late twenties and from what he told me this german woman is in her mid fourties though she looks much older.Right now i am completely devastated on why my brother would go on such a venture.He assured me that he just married her for papers and that as soon as he gets a legal residency he will divorce her.Why would my brother do such a thing?.Please i need your advice.

At OP, please don't continue to defend yourself over the website and the personal pictures. If you want to share the pictures of your wife and kid please continue to do so, they are adorable. I don't see how that is a "breach of privacy" because YOU wanted to (assuming your wife is OK with it).

smh at people who would make baseless accusations at someone like calling them a scammer when they haven't lost a dime to the person. Did he take your money from you that made you call him a scammer or it is because he is advertising a website for his friend like he has said a countless times.
