"why have you chosen the UK?"
"what would you be doing in your spare time?"
"Where will you go?"
"How will you get there
"Who will you see?"
With these, you can see that they expect more than just wedding shopping, so be prepared to study the areas and evirons. Make good use of Google search

Unfortunately, that would be a hard one as visa officers are not interested in explanation without evidence to substantiate your claims that you intend to leave their country in due time. Besides, she will not be eligible to sponsor you: The only way that you can pull it through in your given circumstances is by marital rights, but since you're not yet married, and coupled with the fact that you are virtual strangers, your application will definitely fall short unless of course she is a big named entity like Beyonce or Madonna

If you fulfilled other requirements, your income is fair enough to earn you the visa without a sponsor, but if you want to use your fiance as your sponsor, you'd face the enormous challenge to satisfy the visa officer of a lot of things that I can't see how you'd get through with them

By your explanation, it is obvious that your job does not appear to look like one that is sustained and the credibility and reputation of your employer is in question.
Now, apart from the fact that your payment is irregular, it is also an additional foul that your employer paid you a salary in cash: It would be impossible to get a visa with such questionable employment.

I got my american visa approved,with no documents checked.

Your travel intention does not qualify you for the "Family Visit" category, family visit is not defined by traveling with one's family, but rather by traveling to visit a close family member.
Though it is easier for people with travel history to get a visa, but you don't need to be a frequent traveller in order for your application to be successful.
The N250k would barely be enough to buy tickets for your 2 kids

There is no such thing as "joint visa application", every application is observed as individual and treated in its own merit.

Thanks[/quote]Company sponsorship is reputable especially if the company is not a struggling type, but it does not guarantee a successful application: it is not the company that is travelling abroad, but the applicant, therefore, the onus is on your brother (the applicant) to satisfy the visa officer with his personal circumstances: and that includes evidence of his salary, the position that he holds in the company, age of employment, family status, properties owned, travel history etc, and most importantly, the presentation of the undisputable proof of the fund that is available to him and obligations to return back for.
Now, if the money for his travel is held in his personal account, then he would be required to present it, otherwise, it is not an established requirement to present own bank statement, but because some people are not able to present these proofs, so they use their bank statements to satisfy these requirements.
