contrary to popular belief, cannabis leaves cannot make humans or animals high. the psychoactive part of the plant are the buds (flowers) |
make she lean towards Xi and gently whisper "Winnie the Pooh" into his ear. |
KennethEnyi:lol, Game of Thrones is fictional... the real world works quite differently. |
KennethEnyi:overpopulation is a tricky issue... experts thought reducing the birth rate would do the trick... turns out it only brings problems in the near future (Japan and China's population policies are notable references). the most effective method to check overpopulation is to have an economy that can accommodate everyone comfortably. but alas, na Naija we dey... our options are quite grim; nationwide famine, civil war part two, a very strong virus outbreak. like I said, quite grim. |

SpecialAdviser:loud it! the house always wins. |
Franzinni:the fact that you categorise other humans as NPCs says a lot.

okay, this whole charade was cute at first, but does the Kogi State Government seriously expect us to swallow this whole "the people of Kogi are on our side" narrative they are so badly trying to paint? for Krishna's sake, what manner of a flood ravaged, salary owed, poorly governed population would come out to protest in support of the Kogi State Government? the PR firm wen dey hire no do better work abeg, even AlexReport go fit cook up a more believable story. |
faceland:facts! if this plant ever gets legalized, a massive reorientation has to be done for the average Nigerian stoner! some people don't know weed is meant to have a sticky feel. |
weed isn't meant to be compressed into blocks... no respect for the herb. |
Jakumo:the wait no go too long, with the way economy dey go. FG fit wake up tomorrow start to dey export am unto say dem dey find money to clear gbèsè. |
IamSainted:lol, I wouldn't label myself a pro-marijuana propagandist. demonize the drug all you want, the facts remain. marijuana has its pros as well as its cons. |
Jakumo:theoretically, your blueprint could work; but based on say na 9ja we dey, dem go still flood the supply with tainted Igbo. las las, make everybody plant e own dey consumer. |
tunjijones:laws are not made for the benefit of the masses, they're made to benefit institutions such as the government and corporations. it's a rigged game. but to be fair, the whole "God made marijuana, so it's safe to use" narrative is overplayed. God also made opium too and everyone knows how destructive it can be when misused. |
although my love for igbeaux is unparalleled. I can't deceive myself, Nigeria is not ready for marijuana legalisation. even if we legalize it now, white boy carl and his frat bros are just going to come over here and take over the means of production and distribution because of our lack of experience in the global marijuana industry. wouldn't it be a sight? white investors with almost total control of a product that can basically sedate the minds of youths in the most populous black nation on Earth; a KK Klansman's wet dream. the most logical thing to do is basically decriminalisation of possession of a certain amount of marijuana for personal use. P.S to all the igbolabis out there, let's be real, marijuana is more than "just a plant", it's an actual mind altering drug. when you take your first hit of the wacky tobaccy, you start a journey of self discovery that will either free you or utterly destroy you. yes it has its benefits, but it's definitely not for everybody. |
using the "United Nations" tag for sham awards? lawyer wen sharp go soon cash out by suing on behalf of the UN. |
awon Dahmer |
beautyhd:no, the police can't just "release him if they want to". as long as the Sudanese colleague insists on pressing charges, he will be held till his date in court. |
clockwisereport:when a central bank raise interest rate. your normal bank will also respond by raising their own interest rate. with higher interest rate, people will tend to spend less and demand for goods and services will also drop, which will cause inflation to fall. When demand is low, most companies won't raise their prices in order to stay competitive. since prices of goods and services aren't increasing that fast, you've managed to reduce inflation. this is how CBN raising interest rates is meant to curb inflation. but na Naija we dey, our own economics dey always different so make we dey see. |
scary stuff. let's see if this can slow down inflation... incase you don't really understand what this means, this na wetin dey sup. when a central bank raise interest rate. your normal bank will also respond by raising their own interest rate. with higher interest rate, people will tend to spend less and demand for goods and services will also drop, which will cause inflation to fall. When demand is low, most companies won't raise their prices in order to stay competitive. since prices of goods and services aren't increasing that fast, you've managed to reduce inflation. this is how CBN raising interest rates is meant to curb inflation. but na Naija we dey, our own economics dey always different. |
the romance between the Nigerian tech space and fintech companies... this bubble can't last. |
ummmm let's see. on average the Earth spins at 460m/s let's round that up to 1000m/h. if it speeds up 30x that will bring its speed to a whopping 30000m/h. at such speeds, the centrifugal force that'll be generated (especially at equitorial regions such as Nigeria) would be sufficient enough to cancel out the effects of gravity. essentially, everybody go just fly off the oceans would submerge coastal regions and massively increased wind speed will flatten out the entire landscape. and of course the length of day and night would drastically be different. in summary, most of humanity will be wiped out in the first few days. |
the same series of events that led to Sri Lanka's current condition is what is currently happening in Nigeria. interesting times. |
still looking for a graphic designer? |
Voldoz:i don't have all the facts, so I can't prove they create. i'd like to believe they do sha. |
DispatcherLagos:lol, he actually isn't wrong. DICON (Defence Industries Corporation of Nigeria) has a licence to produce AK-47's at their factory in Kaduna. Although, it is produced under the name of OBJ-006 https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Defence_Industries_Corporation_of_Nigeria |
our ancestors held the same sentiment. they foresaw the consequences of accepting a foreign god. a few centuries later, we've fully accepted the middle eastern gods as part of our culture. are we better off? you decide... |
I like the fact that your write up deliberately ignored the racist, genocidal, land grabbing and misogynistic history of God's own country. We wouldn't want to tarnish the image created by decades of propaganda now, would we? God Bless the USA. |
ahhh suicide... an act in which only the the strongest of souls can engage in. she came into existence, realised it sucks, checked out on her own terms. baller move! also, to all the "nothing in the world will make me commit suicide" gang, nobody gives a flying bleep. you're not special just because you have the will to keep on living. natural death or death by choice, it's all the same. |
nice one no carry them go UPTH sha. e get why. |
if you think that two genders can accurately define members of a specie as diverse as human beings, you're wrong. if you're pissed off by this news, keep calm; it simply means you're a virtuous person... but that's the issue with virtuous people, they don't like people going around creating virtue that's different from theirs. ohhhh you hate it cause it's "sinful"? funny how you don't seem to mind the "sinful" society you currently find yourself in... anyhow we move! |
not one dystopian prediction? lol these guys were so optimistic. |
