Federal civil service has approved paternity leave from men.
Just like their women counterparts but Paternity leave is only 14 working days with strict conditions of being once in two years and not more than 4 children..women can go on maternity leave yearly if they want as there is no cap on maternity leave, they go for close to 4 months and can have as many children as they want but men are limited..I am expecting feminist to challenge this act of wickedness ..so that there will be fairness in this regard..
